This is The Best Vet in Vegas-Henderson Area!!! FIVE STARS for Dr. Inna Just the best!! Smokey in 12 years never had his ears cleaned or even offered by another vet. And Dr. Inna examined our chihuahuas in front of us!!! Thank you for The Warm Hearts!

I noticed my dog Twiggy's lower jaw chattering for a few days straight. What I thought was a cute little quirk of old age, I was starting to realize she seemed pretty uncomfortable as the frequency of when she was doing it was increasing. I got a video of her doing it and sent it to one of my friends who owns an animal shelter, so she knows a lot about dogs. She told me it was probably a back tooth, and I probably should take her to her vet in the morning. I had made an appointment with Banfield for next week, but after my friend said I should see her vet, I canceled it and went here first thing in the morning. She told me to ask for Dr. Larson when I got there and explain what was happening. The front desk girl was really nice and explained that today was a surgery day for Dr. Larson but she would go ask if she would see Twiggy. When she came back, she handed me some paperwork and were we good to go. I filled out the paperwork, and then she asked if I had her vaccine records on me. Silly me. My mom used to carry a binder with our family dog's vaccine records growing up for that reason alone. I said no, but I knew what vet she used to go to, so they were kind enough to call that vet and get the vaccines sent over so I didn't have to worry about it. They were quite busy, but we were able to see the doctor in I want to say about a half hour. We didn't have to wait too long, which was so nice. Dr. Larson was absolutely incredible. I admit, I know Twiggy's teeth weren't in the best condition because I am soooo nervous to have her get a dental due to the anesthesia. It has always made me nervous because she's so small. When I explained to the doctor, I know, her teeth aren't in the best shape, she made me feel so much better and said it really wasn't that bad and that chihuahuas just have bad teeth anyway. As soon as she wiggled Twiggy's loose tooth, Twiggy flinched and she said yup, that seems to be the issue. They were SO kind as to take her that day and do a full dental on her. I was so thankful!!! I ended up leaving her there for the day and they mentioned she would probably be ready after 4pm. They called me later in the afternoon and mentioned the doctor had to do emergency surgery, so it was going to be pushed back a little bit but she would probably be ready by 5:45, right before they close. The doctor called once more to let me know that they actually needed to pull more teeth (13 to be exact), and I was actually blown away that Dr. Larson called me herself to tell me this. All the while, they were ALWAYS straight up with me on how much everything was going to cost, which I seriously appreciated. I came to pick up Twiggy before they closed and Dr. Larson even met with me to go over all the medication she needed. Literally, SO BLOWN AWAY by how incredible this vet office is. Something I was always so nervous to do because I didn't get the best vibes from the doctors, I wasn't nervous at all here (well, not really, obviously I was nervous because it's my dog and I love her). They made me feel sooo at ease with everything. I told the doctor and staff I would definitely be back, but hopefully not for anything this serious again haha. But when she needs her yearly check-up and vaccines, this is where we will be going here on out. I hiiiiighly recommend them. Thank you to Dr. Larson and the staff for taking such incredible care of my little girl. I appreciate it so much!

I've officially switched out of using this animal hospital after 15+ years. Note to customers: Good luck reaching anyone at this hospital, hopefully you don't have any EMERGENCIES! My 17 year old cat needed to be put down and this hospital lacks urgency and care to the max. I've decided to switch hospitals due to the lack of care coming from this hospital with the staff they've hired within the last 3 years. They leave you on 20+ minutes holds with no updates on how many people prior to you and they have nasty attitudes once they do answer. There are many situations within the last 2 months I could list off but it's a waste of my time. I've switched to Spencer Springs Animal Hospital and they're a whole lot nicer to you, more assistive, and the doctor was amazing.

Dr Ina & her team have been nothing short of wonderful anytime I have brought in Bella or Vinny. They always treat my pups so well like family when we are there and have always gone above and beyond. They are the best vet I have encountered since I moved out of Chicago and I would strongly recommend them and Dr Ina for any of your pets needs. They have two other great doctors on staff always but Dr Ina has always been there when we needed her even if it was a last minute emergency visit or calling being an overly worrying pet parent. I couldn't be more appreciative for them!

Has anyone boarded a dog here?

I have 2 small dogs both were spayed and have had dental cleanings and extractions done by Dr Inna Goncharov. I have boarded my dogs with her 3 times and always my dogs have received excellent care. Lillian B.

Has anybody had a puppy neutered at this facility? Thank you

Yes , go to Dr Inna only , she is the best with the surgeries. We had one tiny boy neutered by her . Next day he forgot about .

We easily made an appointment and my husband brought him in. The facility itself is clean, with plenty of seating to wait for your appointment. The people working here are friendly and really kind. Turns out there was nothing wrong with him, it was just something chihuahuas do when excited or nervous. After realizing that, he was given a check over and turns out he's a very healthy good boy. We had to come in again for a different issue a few months later and while the people working here were still friendly and nice, I felt that our concerns weren't really taken seriously. I will come back in again because of the first experience but I might change vets if our concerns are basically ignored again.

We brought our two dogs in for vaccinations and had a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the team in the back was kind, gentle, and great with our dogs. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciated how caring everyone was. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we didn't get to meet the doctor, even just for a quick introduction since we were there for vaccines. Otherwise, it was a great visit, and we're very happy we chose this clinic and look forward to bringing our pups back!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience…read more I brought my puppy in because she was shaking her ears a lot and it seemed like something was irritating them. I also mentioned her coughing/gagging symptoms during the visit. The doctor we saw was Dr. Ledezma. We came in thinking it would be a simple ear cleaning, but she ended up being prescribed medication and additional ear treatment. After they put it on her at the clinic, her ears actually got worse and it looked like some irritation may have affected the skin on her ears, so I didn't even use it and had to take her to another vet for a different opinion and to have everything re-checked and cleaned again. For her other symptoms, I was told it was likely related to her recent spay surgery. Later on, another clinic immediately identified it as kennel cough just by examining her throat. I also want to mention she is a shelter puppy, which I did tell them. Knowing that, I would've expected kennel cough to at least be considered as a possibility, since it is very common in shelter dogs, but that wasn't brought up during the visit. During the exam, I also didn't feel very confident in the explanation given, and the overall visit felt unclear. Overall, I ended up spending close to $200 and still had to seek additional care elsewhere shortly after. I did reach out directly before leaving a review to try and resolve things first. They did offer a refund for the medication, which I appreciate, but that was the only adjustment offered. I was still asked to call in to complete the refund due to my overnight work schedule, and they only offered to refund the medication, not the ear-related charges (swab, cleaning, and exam), which made up most of the visit cost. For context, the breakdown was roughly: exam fee ($70), ear swab ($40+), ear cleaning ($40+), and medication ($40+). I've brought my other dog to this clinic before and had good experiences, which is why I initially chose to bring my puppy here. The vet assistants here was are always so nice I can say that. Having a new shelter puppy is already stressful, and this experience added unnecessary stress and additional vet visits that likely could have been avoided. I wish I had paid closer attention to the more mixed reviews beforehand. I'm sharing this just so other pet owners can make a more informed decision. I will not reach out again as this whole situation was just a lot and I gave them an opportunity to resolve this with a few emails back and forth.
