"I took my dog to this clinic for one day of vomiting and diarrhea. While the staff were polite, I was left with some doubts about the treatments given. My dog received Cerenia and vitamin B12 (which are usually enough to control nausea and stimulate appetite) and was also given Entyce, though I'm not sure if it was really necessary. On top of that, my dog was given barium "to clean the gastrointestinal system," even though barium is only used for X-ray studies (and no X-rays were done). These treatments made the bill much higher than expected. What also disappointed me is that the clinic didn't provide any guidance on diet or home care -- they simply handed over the medications with no advice on how to help my dog recover properly. I hope the clinic can be more transparent and informative so pet owners fully understand why treatments are done and how to care for their pets afterward." read more

Very unexpectedly my baby needed to be seen ASAP. They got us in, everyone was amazing. So nice, so caring. Unfortunately I had to help him crossover. The genuine sadness from those I interacted with was so comforting. They didn't even know my baby. Yet everyone made me feel like they knew him personally. I have found recently a lot of veterinarian clinics are very apathetic, cold, and are trying to constantly push tests and services on you for extra money. This Hospital actually tries to save you money. I could have spent upwards of $500 or $700 on testing, x-rays, etc. The vet in her experience and expertise kind of made it clear that even with all of that done the end result would be the same. That in and of itself means more to me than anything. The fact that they're not just in it for the money has now made them my permanent veterinarian clinic. read more

Dr Ina is the most caring vet I've ever been to. Switched from Black Mt VCA who is just a rotating team of vets. My 16 yr old cat Pipsy has hyperthyroidism and needed bloodwork. I asked Dr Ina to look at her teeth before I left and she removed the biggest chunk of plaque! Dr Ina is truly the best-I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is amazing!! read more

I brought my dog here for the first time last year due to excessive sneezing - we saw Dr. Inna and she was very nice. She ran a couple of blood tests, chest and snout xray and told me the results all led to my dog (12 year old Pomeranian) having CLL (guaranteed). There was no other tests run, no blood clot test, no fungal test... nothing. Just chalked up to cancer. My gut instinct and extensive research, since I've grown up with dogs my entire 31 years of life, told me that there was some type of chronic infection. Lo and behold, the aggressive sneezing started to turn into severe bloody noses that wouldn't stop for at least an hour. We ended up having to bring my dog back for a nose bleed that just wouldn't stop and we saw another vet (Dr. Larsen). When Dr. Larsen came into our room, she had a very low tone like she was about to tell me my dog was going to die without even looking at him. When she entered the room, she said " Dr. inna and I have discussed your dogs conditions and we believe that there's nothing we can do about this. That we are 100% sure he has a nasal tumor and with every sneeze, it's going to rupture the tumor and continue to bleed." When I asked if there was any medication or remedies that I could give my dog in order to help him with the bleeding, she looked me in the face and said "You could put him down" - because in her mind, he was going to live the rest of his life, uncomfortable and bleeding. I requested she give me antibiotics and send me on my way. Long story short, I received the antibiotics and I got a second opinion. My dog hasn't had a nose bleed in over a month thanks to my new vet. Dr. Larsen should be ashamed of herself. read more

I noticed my dog Twiggy's lower jaw chattering for a few days straight. What I thought was a cute little quirk of old age, I was starting to realize she seemed pretty uncomfortable as the frequency of when she was doing it was increasing. I got a video of her doing it and sent it to one of my friends who owns an animal shelter, so she knows a lot about dogs. She told me it was probably a back tooth, and I probably should take her to her vet in the morning. I had made an appointment with Banfield for next week, but after my friend said I should see her vet, I canceled it and went here first thing in the morning. She told me to ask for Dr. Larson when I got there and explain what was happening. The front desk girl was really nice and explained that today was a surgery day for Dr. Larson but she would go ask if she would see Twiggy. When she came back, she handed me some paperwork and were we good to go. I filled out the paperwork, and then she asked if I had her vaccine records on me. Silly me. My mom used to carry a binder with our family dog's vaccine records growing up for that reason alone. I said no, but I knew what vet she used to go to, so they were kind enough to call that vet and get the vaccines sent over so I didn't have to worry about it. They were quite busy, but we were able to see the doctor in I want to say about a half hour. We didn't have to wait too long, which was so nice. Dr. Larson was absolutely incredible. I admit, I know Twiggy's teeth weren't in the best condition because I am soooo nervous to have her get a dental due to the anesthesia. It has always made me nervous because she's so small. When I explained to the doctor, I know, her teeth aren't in the best shape, she made me feel so much better and said it really wasn't that bad and that chihuahuas just have bad teeth anyway. As soon as she wiggled Twiggy's loose tooth, Twiggy flinched and she said yup, that seems to be the issue. They were SO kind as to take her that day and do a full dental on her. I was so thankful!!! I ended up leaving her there for the day and they mentioned she would probably be ready after 4pm. They called me later in the afternoon and mentioned the doctor had to do emergency surgery, so it was going to be pushed back a little bit but she would probably be ready by 5:45, right before they close. The doctor called once more to let me know that they actually needed to pull more teeth (13 to be exact), and I was actually blown away that Dr. Larson called me herself to tell me this. All the while, they were ALWAYS straight up with me on how much everything was going to cost, which I seriously appreciated. I came to pick up Twiggy before they closed and Dr. Larson even met with me to go over all the medication she needed. Literally, SO BLOWN AWAY by how incredible this vet office is. Something I was always so nervous to do because I didn't get the best vibes from the doctors, I wasn't nervous at all here (well, not really, obviously I was nervous because it's my dog and I love her). They made me feel sooo at ease with everything. I told the doctor and staff I would definitely be back, but hopefully not for anything this serious again haha. But when she needs her yearly check-up and vaccines, this is where we will be going here on out. I hiiiiighly recommend them. She's the best veterinarian surgeon in the valley, and I truly mean that. I've known this doctor practically my whole life and I've never seen a vet cares like she does. Just incredible. I only took my rescue there because she was seen there the day before I adopted her, and had developed explosive diarrhea the morning after I adopted her. I saw Dr. Ina, who was rude, impatient, and did not listen, plus made really stupid assumptions that weren't true because she likes to hear her own voice. I found that techs and doc were all hands off. I took my pup back a second time for the condition worsened; the second vet was more personable, but still, hands off. I provided a fecal sample, and checked out paying what they asked. The next day, I received a call that I had not paid for the fecal in an accusatory tone, so I needed to pay before they would send it. Charged me for the fecal and NEVER heard back. They just have you coming back instead of doing their job to care for the poor animal. My poor pup ended up in the ER. I DIDN'T TAKE HER BACK TO THEM BECAUSE THEY JUST WANT MONEY! My bill for 1 visit to the ER that did a thorough exam, bloodwork, listened to the symptoms, and appropriately treated the pup cost me less than 2 visits at this corporate money-grubbing place, which did nothing but order probiotics. I didn't want them TOUCHING MY PUP AGAIN. I am tempted to report them. Dr. Ina needs to retire; she is ineffective and sloppy, as is the other vet. read more

My 17 year old cat needed to be put down and this hospital lacks urgency and care to the max. I've decided to switch hospitals due to the lack of care coming from this hospital with the staff they've hired within the last 3 years. They leave you on 20+ minutes holds with no updates on how many people prior to you and they have nasty attitudes once they do answer. There are many situations within the last 2 months I could list off but it's a waste of my time. This people are nothing but liars!! They barely went over the bill with me ! The doctor was extremely rude with me. I had my 2 pekingese they both needed vaccines but my other dog was sick . The doctor was rude asking me why I made appointment for vaccination when hes sick I explained I wasnt aware of needing separate appointments plus he got sick over the weekend. They over charged me never explain what charge was for what thing . I never seen a copy of the receipt or sighing off on anything they charged me for . The doctor was in and out of the room In 5 mins. I feel extremely ripped off over charged . The dr was also listening to my private conversation with my mother because I came with $350 they wanted to charge me over $600 ! I explained to my mother they wouldn't treat my dog fully without the blood work the blood work was what cost the must money. The Dr came back in repeating what I said to my mom and told me she never said she wouldn't treat my dog which wasn't even what I said. Unbelievable experience! I dont even know how I got charged $70 each dog for a office visit. I was told prior to appointment it was $35 per dog . Dr Ina & her team have been nothing short of wonderful anytime I have brought in Bella or Vinny. They always treat my pups so well like family when we are there and have always gone above and beyond. They are the best vet I have encountered since I moved out of Chicago and I would strongly recommend them and Dr Ina for any of your pets needs. Sad review ahead: pet loss. After about a year of treating my cat's arthritis and epilepsy, they advanced to the point where Clemmy no longer enjoyed a good life. I made an appointment with Dr. Inna for a quality of life evaluation. They just launched online booking last week, which is very convenient. When I arrived, I was notified that I'd actually be seeing Dr. Zamora, who we'd seen several times so I was comfortable with the switch. Dr. Inna had an emergency surgery expected to last several hours. Once we got into the exam room, Karen was our tech and she was incredible. She was so genuinely compassionate and sympathetic throughout the experience. Dr. Zamora came in and we discussed what I was seeing at home. You have the option to stay for the entire procedure, which is wonderful. They even bring the card reader into the exam room before they begin so that you can leave when it's over without having to navigate the lobby. You have 2 options: group cremation or private with the return of ashes. They don't offer any other keepsakes so I suggest doing paw/nose prints or anything else at home before your appointment. At each step, I was asked if I'd like more time with Clemmy or if I was ready to move forward, which I really appreciate. Even though they were moving their schedule around to accommodate patients, they didn't rush me. Once it was over, Karen offered to take me out the side door since the lobby was crowded. She offered me some genuine, kind words and made sure I was okay before heading back inside. It's never easy to say goodbye, but this was the best possible experience we could have had. read more

It is hard to find an honest and dependable vet office in Las Vegas, and we have been coming here for a few years. They take walk-ins at 8:00 a.m., but it's best to make an appointment if you can. I called in an emergency because I believe my dog had some food lodged in his throat. He has been reverse sneezing after eating and I was looking for a vet to check on him. I drove to the nearest one which was this vet. I called before I decided to walk in. She answered and asked if it was an emergency. I said yes and she still put me on hold. When I finally got to talk to her I told her my dog might have food in his throat and I am really concerned because he is reverse sneezing and he never does! She said "Well you can come in in about an hour when we accept walk-ins" I was shocked. I just told you my dog might have food stuck and you're telling me I have to wait!? What is wrong with you!? She says "Well, you can come in and sit and someone "might" be able to get to you. What a bunch of unloving human beings. WILL NEVER reccomended this vet to anyone! The personnel in this office are amazing however we most likely will not be going back. September of 2024, I had to put my cat down and paid a reasonable amount and it included cremation. A few weeks ago, I had to put my beloved Boston Terrier down. I paid almost 300 dollars and that DID NOT include cremation. Office visit and the shot to let the pet go should be included in the "euthanasia package". To add insult to injury, West coast cremations (local cremation that was bought out and is now commercial) contacted me via email to "choose my cremation package" which was another $300 bucks. They wanted $75 for a paw print. A PAW PRINT. and $35 for a tuft of hair. My feeling is that Warm hearts has gotten too greedy for me to use. In my heartbroken state, I had to retrieve my DEAD FROZEN PET to take her to another cremation place, that performs the service on their site for $150 and it included getting my baby back, a beautifully framed footprint, a tuft of hair, cremation cert and very kind and not greedy customer service. If you need to help your pet to the rainbow bridge, this is not the place. read more

I am so disappointed at this vet and Dr Leslie Zamora's lack of bedside manner. My dog was misdiagnosed several times for a growth at the bottom of his foot. Prior to that, I was charged $800 for an ear infection that didn't even exist in my dog. Every single question I had for Zamora, she could not give me a straight answer. She kept going to the back to get my question answered. And upon finding out about this growth on my dog's foot, this vet kept trying to charge me on services he did not need. Shame on you for your lack of professionalism and honestly in your profession. And shame on you for putting pressure on me in a terrible and stressful situation. It's heartbreaking to see you take advantage of people's love and affection for their animals the way you have. I adopted a puppy that was spayed at 8 weeks by this hospital. They neglected to see an abscess on her shoulder, that ruptured the 2nd day we had her. Had they taken her temperature, they would've known. They also missed an umbilical hernia (caused by her mother pulling on her umbilical cord too aggressively). My current vet said they are ALWAYS removed during spaying. Now, she'll have to undergo another surgery to avoid the hernia causing bowel complications later. Evidently, rescue pups are not important to this hospital. Get em in, get em out. I wouldn't take a fly to this place! Any vet that fails to notice important issues, in my opinion, is NOT a good vet. We have been coming to Warm Hearts for about 5 years, after trying 2 other vets (which were terrible) prior to that. We have consistently been pleased with the service. They always can arrange to get our dog in for an appointment, and always are caring. This time, our 13 year old dog had been sick during the early morning hours. As soon as the office opened, we called and was able to get her into the vet in the morning. Dr. Lesley Zamora quickly identified the urgency and diagnosed her with pancreatitis. That meant a 3-day intravenous treatment and daily hospital care. Thus, my husband and I were there every morning and every evening. This gave us a unique opportunity to really see this team work. OMG- the entire staff were amazing. First of all, Dr. Zamora didn't sugar coat anything, and did so with compassion. That's not easy to do. We felt that she treated her as if it was her own dog. We met with her each morning and at the end of the day. Instructions were clear and caring was evident. Would never have a human doctor this devoted! Next, over the course of 3 days, we witnessed firsthand the comings and goings of many owners and dogs. The entire staff is amazing. They start at 8am on the dot, and continue non-stop until 6pm (and probably stay later). They have a process-- vet tech to doctor to labwork and xrays to doctor to front office to checkout, including review of medications and care instructions. When in doubt, the doctor even was seen again to clarify medication information, etc. They stock most of the medications and special food. Above all this an all female professional team. There are 3 veterinarians, who are all wonderful. My dog has demonstrated that she felt comfortable with each one. The staff demonstrate real devotion to the job. They communicate with each other, double check information, and give words of sweetness to the many cats and dogs. The pace at which they work is jaw dropping in a good way. People in the waiting room all were concerned about their babies, and each was shown respect and care. (remember, we sat through watching the comings and goings). There was organization and clear processes. And yes, the bottom line was, our doggie beat the odds, and is doing unbelievably better. There is no other place in Henderson to bring your pet in my mind. Thank you to the entire team! read more

Sometimes you don't realize how bad things have gotten with a provider until you experience things with a quality provider. This is exactly how I felt on my first visit here. I have been working for months to help my senior dog with her pain. I walked in and got EVERYTHING taken care of on my first visit!! The offered Xray, then did the x-rays. Went over treatment options, then we started treatment. I got the meds as I checked out and was 100% taken care of. The cost was pricey but WAY less than all of the appointments I have had combined at a different clinic. I didn't have to wait and come back. I want to shout from the rooftops how happy I am with this lovely office. I can't thank this staff enough. We have found a new home!! read more

We are new to this Henderson Warm Hearts Pet Hospital, and thus far the handful of interactions we've had included very good care from the staff and particularly from Dr Inna Goncharov. We did wear masks. They are perhaps a more busy location than other vets we've seen. The lobby keeps fairly full. We had some wait time for each visit but not excessive or unreasonable. For those who'd like more specifics: Dr Inna G. took on my 10 yr old, otherwise healthy male cat who had a fairly recent life threatening urinary block prior to our move into town. I've learned since that commercial pet food is very rich in magnesium, potassium and sodium ingredients so overtime the build up of crystals is often reported. A cat can die within three days of a more complete block when their bladder is extended and ruptures. Our cat was crying at the litter box which was my clue something was wrong. I'm glad I didn't delay getting him seen. In hindsight he had been extra needy as if trying to get my attention. By the time we sought out Warm Hearts for care I was concerned our male cat was having a second urinary tract block event. (The previous vet had made me aware that this was possible and probably likely as many cats have repeat events even despite and while transitioning to their new food. This makes sense as they are continuing to eliminate the excess build ups and this can take time.) Warm Hearts scheduled and got him seen quickly and we moved forward with the decision to have him kept there overnight. Throughout it all I was contacted and kept informed of his progress by the nurses and Dr Inna herself. He was not blocked thankfully however upon his release Dr Inna Goncharov recommend sending me home with some Rx that I could administer should he begin to show symptoms again, which would help keep our vet expenses down. I appreciated this sensitivity to the mounting costs and it was a useful plan of action. It was maybe six to eight weeks later that he did need the Rx dosing. He was having trips to the box with no results looking frustrated and then some trips with half sized clumping. It took two days of dosing 2x a day but we did avoid having the intensity of things in this round of relapse. I'm ever grateful for the veterinary industry and encouraged by the profession in general. I offer my appreciation and gratitude to Dr Inna Gorcharov for being willing to put her skill and expertise to work on our behalf. She is a blessing to our community and was a true consummate professional in every way. Other Notes: I suspect Sheba wasn't a good cat food brand for preventing this event. The veterinary Science Hill Urinary Tract formula was a comparable solution but the cats seem to take to the Royal Canine version even a little better. It seems to me to be marginally a superior product. You can order through Chewy.com and they will sell it under the vet's name which helps support your vet. Chewy provides the distribution and convenience. Our two domestic tabby cats have eaten Wellness Core grain free food, wet and some dry, for most of their adult cat life. The cats had super soft coats within a month of introducing that food. We were trying out some Sheba store brand for about 8mo prior to his urinary tract block, which I estimate was likely the brand that was more so an issue setting off the urinary tract events. We needed another option from the Wellness one as the other cat had elevated amylase readings and was beginning with o struggle to digest most things. We ended up moving both cats over to the urinary tract rx vet formula Royal Canine. So far it's working for both of them. read more

She worked well with our dog and was very friendly. Inside is very clean and well organized. They have some good options and I'm sure more in the back if it's something that you are looking for. This is easily located up the street from Sunset Station. Easy to get in and out of and a nice sized parking area. So glad we gave this place a try and have found our new vet!!! read more

The worst vet I've been to here in Vegas. The Dr was rude , condescending. In a hurry. Cold as ice. She walked out of the room before I was finished. It was way over crowded. No where to sit. The staff are amazing, Grace & Karen are always going out of their way to answer questions we may have when we call, they always try hard to get us an appointment ASAP if needed, and they LISTEN to us when we talk about our dogs problems. Dr Larsen is AMAZING! All 3 of our dogs go here and they adore Dr Larsen. She gets right on the floor with them and checks them out while she's rubbing bellies and asking questions. The female vet with the blonde hair is a butcher! She wanted to cut my dogs toe off; because she lost her nail. She told me the nail would not grow back and the toe had to come off. Needless to say I went to a different vet; and lo and behold, she has her toe still! this lady is lucky I didn't go after her license. Total butcher who is all about the money.
