The service cost $70 before tip, and when we got our dog home it was obvious that his face and the top of his head had barely been touched, if at all. The area around his bum also needed additional trimming, so we ended up getting out our own clippers and scissors to finish the job ourselves. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect the areas most owners immediately notice to be addressed during a grooming appointment. For the price charged, I shouldn't have to complete the haircut after getting home. The staff was pleasant and the convenience is hard to beat, but based on the results, I had a difficult time justifying the cost. If you're paying for a full grooming service, it's reasonable to expect the face, head, and sanitary areas to be properly finished before your dog leaves the shop.

A recent visit to the vets office I was asked if I minded being recorded I did not mind I think it a valuable tool I think a quick look into the pets past history should be a given. since we are paying big bucks for these services we deserve to be given all the information they have on our pets and not what they think is a need to know basis. I drove all the way from Perdido Key to Davis Hwy with my cat and her supplies JUST to FOUND OUT that she couldn't stay because she was Neutered. That word NEVER came up in my conversation with the female person I talked on the phone. I Actually mention to her that I wanted the cat to stay there until Her Appointment with the vet to have A Hernia operation and neutered. NOBODY Ever mentioned that they could NOT accept her because she was not neutered I guess everything works for the best I, definitely, wouldn't want to trust my pet with a crew that can't even figured out, a simple task.
