Because Gloria is a huge dog person and has her own fur baby, I felt fully confident that she would take care of mine. My dog loves her! My problem is we started to use them for his shots. It only made sense to us since they had to call his previous vet to get his medical history. But when we took him in, they did not want us to come back and be with him while he was getting his shots. Now this seems odd to me since with all my other animals and vets, we were always allowed to go back with them. Never has a vet refused to allow us back so we could comfort the animal during that stressful time. Something seems off about this. I think while I'll continue to get him groomed there, I'll take him back to his previous vet for his shots.

She does well with fur babies with special needs which a few of our dogs were before they passed. Colleen does well with dogs that are easily stressed that may not have fun at a groomer.
