Reminded me of something you'd see near a national park like Yellowstone or Yosemite. The staff was kind enough to give me a tour of the facility before boarding my dog there. They have a variety of kennels that are well kept and a comfortable size for most dogs. The building was incredibly clean and I even saw people actively cleaning during my tour. Their outdoor trail area is stunning! Perfect for dog walks. I got one of their packages for my dog, the snacks and snuggles. It includes 3 walks, snacks, and snuggles; as advertised. This was the best package for my dog and was a great fit! They have many amenities to choose from. The price couldn't be better! Very reasonable for the level of care provided. The wound is still pretty fresh and sensitive to touch. Called to ask what happened but they just straight up claimed it didn't happen at their place, no apology or anything. I would have taken an apology, but they just brought out this "it's-your-words-against-mine-what-can-you-do" attitude. Stay away from this place. UPDATE: For full context, we dropped our dog at 9:00AM at the place and picked her up at 3:30PM, for a total of 6.5 hours. The owner is claiming that the wound does not look "fresh" enough to be caused by them. With a 6.5 hour window, I am not sure how "fresh" the wound have to be in order for the owner to start taking responsibilities. I know for a fact this happened at the business. I haven't brought him for professional grooming for 5 years now. However, as Lanbao gets older (he is 11 years old this year), it's harder to do the grooming myself. Lanbao got a bit of old man attitude :) Jackie was so kind and detailing how she will make sure Lanbao gets breaks during the grooming. Lanbao is sensitive with his paws and his face being trimmed. I wasn't expecting she would have a success trimming it. However, Jackie got to it so well! Lanbao is a happy old man going into summer!
