I own a dachshund and I get very nervous about how he should be picked up & held due to their prevalent back issues that can occur. I made it clear to them and they didn't brush me off which was a big plus. I feel my pup is loved & safe and getting lots of free play when he is there. It is not a huge f place But the two areas they have for daycare are more than sufficient for the pups to play comfortably & get their energy out. My Radar loves it & comes home ready to rest. They also have a little yard so the pups get outside as well as inside play a few times a day. If you're looking for a smaller intimate place where your dog will be loved and cared for this is the place. The employees have been there a long time. Added plus, they have lots of dog supplies there when u walk in as well... leashes, harnesses dog toys, dog food, etc.

Our dogs are not only watched over, but often come back bathed and brushed. They will even give our dogs meds if needed. They require that you provide a leash and food at pick up...that's it! Super easy. There are some simple forms to fill out when you first sign up for services, but they are painless. Two of our four dogs are also what you can call "problem children" but Kritter Kare does a great job at calming your pets and separating them in a way where every one gets along. One our of dogs apparently has a huge crush on Matt and doesn't like to come home...lol! Kritter Kare is amazing and highly recommended!

I dropped my 6 month old puppy, toy poodle, she weighs all of 4 pounds, I said to the owner Nadine that I only wanted her shampooed, her paws and fanny clipped. I told her at least 3 times I do not want her cut. She was extremely rude. This part was my fault. I left my puppy to get groomed and didn't follow my gut instinct. When my husband went to pick her up.... they didn't listen to anything that I requested. They not only cut her hair they shaved her face. She looked ridiculous. That's not the worst part. They had to have treated her terrible because my puppy was absolutely terrified, shaking and crying. Side note: this isn't the first time my puppy has been groomed. This owner does not know how to treat dogs. She absolutely should find a different career! Think twice about going to this place! Here's a follow up to my review. 5 days after my dog was groomed, I ended up taking to to the emergency vet. She was crying so bad when she was trying to poop. $239.00 later.... the vet said that when she was groomed that they didn't do her fanny. Her hair was going into her little rectum and the poop was dry inside. When she tried to go to the bathroom it was pulling so hard on her hair and that's what was making her scream and cry. Needless to say that the vet had to redo her fanny cut.... hence the $239.00 emergency vet bill. Marco pet salon you are the worst!

He doesn't even act crazy excited to see us because he's had such a good time. Melanie and Robbie are trustworthy, competent, and capable people you could trust anything with. On overnight stays, the house was as we left it, and the dog was as comfortable and happy as ever.
