We called to confirm if the patient records we sent had been received--nothing out of the ordinary. Instead, we were met with complete silence for nearly two minutes. No greeting, no acknowledgment. When she finally spoke, it was with a rude, dismissive "um... can you hold up?" and a tone that was completely unacceptable. Her attitude was not only unprofessional--it was outright disrespectful. This type of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially in veterinary care where clear, respectful communication between clinics is essential for the wellbeing of our shared patients. This is not the level of service or professionalism anyone should expect, especially in a setting that involves the care of animals and coordination between veterinary professionals. I sincerely hope this is addressed, as it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Her attitude was shockingly careless and disrespectful. In a field where communication and compassion matter--especially between veterinary teams--this kind of behavior is inexcusable. It left a terrible impression of the facility as a whole. If this is how Pet Paradise handles basic inter-clinic communication, it raises serious concerns about how they manage more critical interactions. This experience was incredibly disappointing and reflects poorly on their facility. Pet Paradise needs to seriously evaluate who they have representing their front desk.

We needed to go out of town. We have two middle age cats that, until now, did not need daily care…read more(hire a neighborhood kid to make sure water and food are full, and sometimes scoop some litter) . One of them recently got diagnosed with Diabetes. We had to go out of town for three days, and he now needs 2 daily injections. Our vet suggested Laura. I called her and what we needed fit well into her already busy schedule. She came over and met the cats. They are cats that generally do not like strangers. She stayed and talked to them, and gave them a few treats, until they trusted her to pet them. She took meticulous notes about feeding schedule, insulin requirements, etc. We left. We have a Ring doorbell. She arrived almost to the minute of the agreed feeding times. She texted when she arrived. She sent pictures of the cats as they were eating, and after, as she spent some time with them. She followed up as she was leaving, explaining what she had done, to include pictures of the level of insulin she was injecting. This was the fist time we required care like this, and we were very worried about the level of care that would be given. We even discussed not being able to go on vacation again. Laura went completely above and beyond our highest expectations. She made our first experience in this newly required care level easier than when we tried to hire a neighborhood kid to add food to the bowl. We are forever grateful that we had her to hold our hands during this new requirement. She is going to be the very first call any time we need to leave the house. Our fears will not exist now, knowing that she is caring for our cats. we are VERY GRATEFULL to having being led to her for our pet's needs. She is a 15 on a scale of 1-10. Thank you Laura!

I have never seen a person be able to communicate with a dog like Allison does. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything canine and can read a dog's behavior like second-nature. She can identify your dog's behavioral problems/anxieties/issues without hesitation because she is that well-versed in dog psychology. From the moment that I brought Luna home, she would go into a down position anytime a car would pass by during our walks. At first, I thought this was a quirky puppy behavior that she'd eventually grow out of but as she grew older and the behavior became worse, I feared there was something larger at play. Allison was recommended to me by a neighbor, who observed me struggling with Luna. Unbeknownst to me, my neighbor's dog had similar issues with wanting to chase moving things. I was so impressed by how well-behaved my neighbor's dog was that I couldn't believe that the dog had any behavioral problems to begin with. I called Allison immediately after my neighbor gave me her contact information. If it wasn't for Allison, I would've never known that Luna's prey drive was out of whack and this was something that needed to be corrected immediately. She also explained in-depth the psychology behind why Luna was behaving this way, which really helped me better understand how to communicate with my puppy. Communication is KEY in training and I've never met anyone who can communicate with a dog as well as Allison does. I was terrified to walk Luna but within just five times meeting, she has already made extremely great progress. Her confidence builds every day and Allison is to thank for that. Luna now listens effortlessly to any command, mind you she is only 25-weeks old. I constantly have people tell me that she's one of the most well-behaved puppy's that they've ever met (which I attribute to Allison's wonderful guidance)!
