Oh my goodness, Cheri (the groomer) was amazing! I took my cat here to be shaved and bathed etc…read more but unfortunately he wasn't able to receive any services because he attacked Cheri Just to be clear my cat is special needs- he has a blind eye from a major trauma so he is extremely skittish.. I brought him in under sedation and Cheri tried everything she could but it is just not in his best interest and Cheri nor I were open to putting him through that trauma. Cheri gave me thorough advice on how to help and handle his shedding and she genuinely cared. To some of us our pets are like our kids and I would absolutely trust my pets in her hands, you can tell Cheri has a spot on intuition with animals. Thank you guys!

The employee who took my appointment later confirmed that she had, in fact, given me that information. Rather than apologizing for the misunderstanding or offering to continue the grooming service, the owner refused to provide any service because I was understandably upset after being accused of lying in front of other customers. I left embarrassed and inconvenienced after taking time off work for my appointment. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when the mistake was made by the business.

I wish I had, because my experience was nothing like the glowing reviews I saw. My dog stayed here for seven days. I provided one bag of Pet Fresh food for each day of his stay, plus one extra bag as a backup. When I picked him up, he had noticeably lost weight. To make matters worse, I was handed back four bags of food--two that staff said they had frozen and two that had been kept refrigerated. There is simply no reasonable explanation for that amount of food being returned after a seven-day stay, and it left me questioning whether my dog was properly fed while he was in their care. As if that wasn't bad enough, my dog came home limping and developed a respiratory infection after his stay. Instead of picking up a happy, healthy dog, I picked up one who was thinner, injured, and sick. The emotional stress of seeing your pet come home in worse condition than when you left them is something no owner should have to experience. Boarding facilities are entrusted with our pets' safety, health, and well-being. In my experience, this facility failed on every one of those responsibilities. The money I've spent on veterinary care after boarding here only adds to the cost of what has been an incredibly upsetting experience. I would never trust this facility with my dog again, and I strongly urge anyone considering boarding here to do thorough research beyond Google reviews before making a decision. I only wish I had.

Appointments book quickly. Before and after photos are emailed. Laz also gave a recommendation for a dental powder that we could order online. Nice, friendly dog spa that offers a variety of services to pamper your pup and keep your pup healthy. I think we will be returning for other services in the future.

I feel compelled to address the business owner's response to my initial review. Looking back, I…read moreshould have recognized the first red flag: when I mentioned that I had just adopted my dog and didn't have current rabies vaccination records, the groomer stated she didn't care as long as I paid in cash. This casual dismissal of county regulations not only puts staff and other animals at risk but also suggests questionable business practices. As a long-time client of the previous business owner, I had high expectations based on years of positive experiences. However, my experience with the new ownership raised several serious concerns: 1. Willingness to circumvent vaccination requirements in exchange for cash payment, violating county regulations 2. Clients were not permitted to see the grooming environment where their pets would be kept, particularly while dropping my dog off and picking them up. 3. The drop-off/pick-up process which takes place outside on her sidewalk in front of the building was extremely rushed, and unprofessional. 4. The grooming service appeared superficial, with minimal evidence of actual grooming completed 5. When questioned about results, vague responses were given about "not guaranteeing outcomes" and that " she would do the best she could" I've never heard of a groomer say that before cutting an animals hair essentially laying the groundwork for a poor experience/haircut. Which I wouldn't have a problem with if her price reflected her effort my dog barely got a haircut and she had no problem charging me the full amount of $85. I initially chose not to leave a review, preferring to simply move on to another groomer where I've since received excellent service. I only shared my experience after inadvertently discovering this same business had relocated to a residential setting, feeling other pet owners should be informed before making their decisions. Considering she was operating under a professional business in a building with a lease not following rules. I can only imagine what rules and regulations she is breaking by operating out of her home now. I have no personal agenda here - I'm simply a pet owner sharing my genuine experience and highlighting concerning practices that could affect public safety. The defensive and confrontational response to my review only reinforces my concerns about the professionalism of this business. The cuts are good if they show up. I had 2 small dogs. The first appointment I made with them, the…read moregroomer was over an hour late. But since it's a mobile groomer, and I had no other appointments for the day, it was fine. The next one I made, my older dog had passed on, and they confused my dogs and it was apparent they didn't remember them. Which I felt was ok, and once I spoke to her and she came out and saw my dog, she would remember-but even after she came to my house again, she obviously didn't remember ever being there. The last 2 appointments I attempted to make, no one showed up at all. They have an online system where you log in to your account and request an appointment from the mobile groomers calendar-they only show you available appointments the groomer has. She never confirmed, and so the day of the appointment, I logged in again, and it said I didn't have an appointment, even though I had confirmation emails showing I requested appointments. I have since moved on to a different mobile groomer. I live 5 streets away from where this mobile groomer has her business address listed, so I am not out of the way. I just feel like they have poor communication and a poorly structured organizational system set up.
