Oh my goodness, Cheri (the groomer) was amazing! I took my cat here to be shaved and bathed etc. but unfortunately he wasn't able to receive any services because he attacked Cheri Just to be clear my cat is special needs- he has a blind eye from a major trauma so he is extremely skittish.. I brought him in under sedation and Cheri tried everything she could but it is just not in his best interest and Cheri nor I were open to putting him through that trauma. Cheri gave me thorough advice on how to help and handle his shedding and she genuinely cared. To some of us our pets are like our kids and I would absolutely trust my pets in her hands, you can tell Cheri has a spot on intuition with animals. Thank you guys! read more

My second time using them. First time was amazing and great customer service. Second time was awful. Lady working front desk at 4:30 on Friday March 10 was just horrible. Didn't look up when we entered. After a few minutes of making us wait while she flipped through her appointment book she looked up and asked irritatedly who we were there to pick up. I said Gracie & Millie (our two 5 pound Maltese puppies). She launched into a long lecture of how horribly behaved our girls were. She bombarded up with complaints. The groomer came out and was very sweet and explained in a very nice way. At my first visit they told me the girls did great. In response to you editing your comments again to my reply, the information you stated was so inaccurate and I understand you have to justify the fact I wasn't happy with the half job your establishment provided but you making false accusations regarding my care of my pet is far from the truth especially since i get him groomed regularly... kinda odd for someone that didn't care for their pet to do that correct!!!!!! It's baffling that you were not present for when my cat was brought in and picked up and that your reply was as if you actually heard and seen my cat! As a customer I'm shocked how I'm getting treated especially the lies you are telling but I understand you have to justify that your establishment didn't provide the full service you charged me for and it wasn't only the eyes, ask your staff I made it very clear the cut was terrible the ears weren't cleaned, wasn't given a bath and the eyes weren't touched because they muzzled my cat which by the way they never said they do that!!! and all they had to do was call me as I asked if they need anything. They didn't and that's all you can say is that he was aggressive, which is not true at all he would not be getting him groomed regularly if he was If that was the case especially since your staff muzzled him please how aggressive can he be!!!!!!! keep your accusations to yourself and do better for your customers and you take care of the pets that we trust to bring in there for Services and provide the services that you actually charge for. read more

We had this place recommended to us and were told to get Maria. The people recommended Maria explained that they had tried a few groomers in the area and were disappointed . Everyone know that finding a good and safe groomer for our four legged friends is a priority and not easy. So we made and appointment for today , especially references our friends dog, which they recognized a asking for an appointment with Maria. We arrived identified ourselves and confirm d Maria would be grooming our dog. We then explained that our dog had had her face saved for an eye operation and we wanted them to even her out around the eyes . We emphasized don't trim anything from her beard since her breed has a long beard . I even shoes the receptionist pictures of her before the operation and suggested it's taken a long time to get the small growth back on her beard. We came back to find that her beard had been trimmed and that Maria did not groom her. Even tough Maria was standing in the back behind the women that groomed her. When I protested the receptionist glibly said all our groomers are good. I suggested that we had made an appointment and drove 45 minutes out of our way to come to there establishment . She suggested something about the owner under her breath. Really sucks that people that deal with dogs can be so insensitive. I'd like to see the next time she goes to her favorite hair dresser and she's not available how fast she'll accept oh ok the all are good . We'll never be back there. Since my review the manager called me and apologized . He acknowledges that my issues was his staffs fault. He was very gracious about my disappointment and I accepted his apology and assurance this would not happen again. I believe him and understand that things like what happened to me and a Lola can happen but more important it's what we do to make sure it doesn't happen again. I will be back . My dog, Luigi has very, very bad anxiety and as a result of this he has to have anxiety medication to be groomed. We have just moved to Fort Myers from Long Island, New York 6 months ago and tried two other groomers, Busters Happy Tails and the Grooming Gallery...both of which we had bad experiences with! Buster's did not groom Luigi's tail or ears or face...just his body because of his anxiety and Grooming Gallery gave Luigi a bath and partially dried him, refused to cut him...and...clipped his nails on THREE of his paws and then just told me that they didn't want to go further and to take him to a vet that cuts hair and sedates the dogs!!! These are, in my opinion TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL groomers!! Today I took Luigi to Glamour Paws and I explained everything to the groomers about Luigi and his aniexty, also about the other two bad grooming experiences. Well I just want to say that I just picked up Luigi and he was groomed perfectly and he was MUCH calmer (plus medication) and happier with this experience!! Glamour Paws was SO PROFESSIONAL and genuinely caring about Luigi's aniexity issues!! They were kind to him (and myself) and understanding his "situation" and proceeded to groom him accordingly. They have totally earned our grooming business from now on and I will recommend them to anyone who needs their dogs groomed! I took my 3 pound Yorkie in and they told be it would be 3 to 4 hours which I thought was much too long, I called after 4 hours and they said it would be another 1/2 hour, so I arrived a bit later than the 1/2 hr only to find the groomer still working on him!! I had left instructions when taking the man who took my info , that I wanted a short body, longer on the legs and a square face, I was shocked and sick to my stomach when I saw that he was shaved all over including his legs!!!! She had t even gotten to his head and face yet and by now it was 5 hours!! I was so upset I just told her to give him to me he was trembling so badly!! They gave me a lousy $10 discount, when good customer service would not have charged anything, all she said was she was sorry! read more

I believe that you pay for quality. It may not be the cheapest option, but it's worth the extra $10 in comparison to other groomers. And of course, it's a huge upgrade from your local vet. Upon my first visit (the same day I rescued Dexter), my he had matted hair, terribly stained eyes, and just An overall awful and overgrown look. It took the team hours to brush through, cut, and style but the finish product was awesome! Since then, he's always been in and out in a timely manner. When I can't pick him up immediately they have no problem keeping him behind the desk or scurrying about the place. I also utilized The coloring services, yes I said coloring! Picked up a friend's dog, literally, as the woman was closing. The great thing is she had known we were going to be there at the end of the day, so she stayed open to wait for us. While my party and I stood talking to the woman for a few minutes (to thank her for waiting and to sign out the dog), we asked about prices for things, and the woman was more than happy to explain processes and procedures.
