Never again! My two boys...they were nickef...cut with scisdors in a big v shaped cash. When I took…read morethem home they hid and wouldn't let us examine them...when paying my bill she admitted to nicking one a little...I know pups can be hard so I let it go...then gave her a ten dollar tip...she was like sure you want to give us a tip...I felt awkward about that but I give tips...two days later the boys went in for nuetering. Before the surgery the vet examined them...came out and asked who my groomer was...reported that both boys testicles were nicked and scratched...parts of other body was also scratched as well...one had a deep v gash..likely done with scissors...also on one his ear lobes....both were cut thru...the bottoms were thick with blood and scabs...which took about a month of rubbing and combing before they turned to normal. I will never use her again...she is a dog butchered...I am still so angry...if I see her in public...I'm gonna want to say something....its not fair...90 bucks later and my babies had to suffer....plus...why doesn't she ask for rabies tags or anything...all my other groomers did...is there a law for that...if my dog was bit by another dog who had rabies I wud be totally pissed...

Kathie was highly recommended and although very busy, worked us into her schedule. He normally is groomed on a regular basis but due to the move and some health issues, he was quite shaggy! Kathie did an excellent job shaping him up again. As an older dog (13 yrs) he has some sensitive spots and she was extremely careful around those areas. He was happy and relaxed when I picked him up - right on time! A happy dog is the clear stamp of approval!

I had 2 separate terrible boarding experiences here with my dog…read more the first time it was from Friday to Sunday. they returned my dog to me Sunday evening with all of his food and treats. they apologized and they seemed upset and they tried to make amends. I think the faculty looks so nice, I decided to try again. The second time, was also Friday- Sunday. I reviewed with the check in girl , for my dog to be fed 3 times a day, he also had printed instructions in his backpack. Plus his food has instructions printed on it. I even called on Saturday to see if they had questions. I picked him up on Sunday evening and he was returned with all of his Sunday food. they hadn't fed him since the night before... they only fed him once at night.. all of his food. They need a better or any kind of system to feed these dogs, or I have been extra unlucky twice.
