Everyone had been looking forward to seeing him. The staff was more than happy to keep us informed as to how he was doing during the week. When we picked him up, he was groomed, with nails done. They even gave them a tie to wear around the place. We have already scheduled his next vacation at Alador. Anyone reading this review should be doing the same thing with their pet. The groomer said she was "overbooked anyway" Well guess what.... I noticed my credit card was charged for 124.00 dollars. Completely unauthorized . In fact, They kept my credit card number from the first time I went. I never said they could keep my card on file. It is fraud that they have charged my card without my permission. I have notified my bank and have filed a dispute. Another interesting fact, the first time I was there the groomer said she had to muzzle my dog?? He had been groomed with another groomer multiple times and was never muzzled. Unfortunately, she moved. I took him today for a full groom somewhere else and he was not muzzled. Rehabilitating our pups after their last trainer shut them down, hurt them, and made them severely fearful. Our last training experience was nothing short of traumatic. And I was SO scared to start again. After thousand of dollar down the drain and a year of training, i felt as though my dogs were was less confident and completely fearful. After only a couple sessions with Claire, it is night and DAY. My dogs are HAPPY to train! They are in rooms with strange dogs and already making HUGE strides in scent work! I could genuinely cry seeing my pups and how happy they are after seeing their last trainer spin them around by their necks!!! Now they get treats and pets and toys and clear communication! And they are so EXCITED! We just purchase a full package of sessions with Clare and I can't wait to move forward and watch my dogs AND me gain our confidence back.
