Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. JC Unleashed no longer exists so it's a good thing we got our pug setup at Bow Wow when we did. Getting Martin (our pug) established at Bow Wow was pretty simple. Martin goes for day care 2-3 times a week when we are working in the city and for boarding when we have long weekends away. The staff are super friendly and they really love him - he's a senior dog and usually just follows the workers around when they are in the play room or chills in the corner. He's participated in a couple of their group enrichment activities like making a mother's day frame - so cute. We are pleased with Bow Wow and will continue to utilize their services for as long as we live in Hoboken.

The owner, Jess, is really easy to work with, professional, and very responsive to my calls and emails. I have a hectic work schedule, and she has always been very flexible. Usually, cancellations require 24 hours notice, but Jess is really understanding when things come up, and her inclement weather policy is great. We have had a few different walkers over the past year, but Jess has always been good at keeping me in the loop, and the walkers are all super sweet and caring towards Daisy. She had someone come over last minute Sunday evening to meet us and our new puppy before Monday. Also, they're the only company that puts a magnetic barcode on your refrigerator and the walker checks in with their iPhone and checks out when the walk is over. Plus, you receive an email with the check ins etc and a detailed message about the walk, pictures of your dog and gps tracking of where the dog went on their walk. If they take care of your dog, you have nothing to worry about. The concept of a 30-minute relief walk is not exactly what they do. Whenever possible, they do a lot more than that. My girl is usually out with them for a lot longer, she gets a lot of energy out and plays with the other dogs. I get detailed updates every day. - they do what's right for your dog, not what's easy. My dog has severe anxiety (doesn't not like to go outside, used to do none of her business outside, would try and hide under cars, in other people's houses etc). They have almost fully transformed her since we met. That is huge both the dog and me. - they charge you a monthly rate, which at first might seem weird to you but it's so easy. I never worry about anything. It's taken care of. I don't count walks, scheduling etc. weekend and out of hours are extra of course. - they love the dogs. And vice versa. Our life has been better since having them
