I called you a couple months ago because one of my pet parents (I am a breeder) called me just panicking because she was on vacation and her neighbor friends that were watching her puppy Frankie, a ten month old miniature dachshund and unfortunately they were unable to sleep because he was whining and up all night crying and they could not sleep and that now she needed to find a place for him to stay immediately. Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot. read more

Terrible. First off these 5 star reviews must be FAKE the pet sitter that was supposed to be sitting was changed last minute, without giving us notice. Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I'm adding the payment I made. I can't believe they have no shame. Specially after being so negligent, wow, everyone stay away this is the type of people you let in your home. read more

I had used them back at Christmas time for Cat Care and I was really pleased so I was going to use them again for a trip I'm leaving for in two days. I put in the requests weeks ago and they had been left unapproved. I emailed and called several times earlier this week asking them to please confirm my appointments because I was leaving the country for over a week and concerned that no one would be in to check on my cat. Every time I called they said they would approve it that day and they did not. Finally I had to cancel my appointments and schedule a new service two days before my trip because they hadn't approved them and I had no assurance that my cat would have been cared for. In general she is a very friendly girl, but she seems to be even more confident. I can't say enough great things about Anything's Pawsible. It's basically the Uber for dog walking. I posted screenshots from my phone of the app you use to schedule walks. When the dogwalker arrives, you get a notification on your phone, and when the dogwalker leaves, you get a gps-tracked map of their walk, pee/poo notifications (!), photos and an update on how your pet is doing. The best part is that unlike the machine-like service you get from services like uber, there is a real human touch. You can tell that these guys are real pet lovers as my dog took to our dogwalker, Jan (who is awesome) immediately. And when my dog was sick, and I wasn't able to schedule in advance, Jan was able to run over on a moment's notice. The best part is that there are no commitments and you can use the service as much or as little as you want with no regularity. I just sort of figure out my schedule for the next day and plug in an appointment if I need one and they take care of the rest. The prices are very fair/reasonable. Our first and only furry friend walker is Jerome. Our little Yorkie Shitzu was an early covid baby and he wasn't used to playing nice with other people or dogs. The first day they met Toby (our fur baby) was not having it, but it wasnt long at all before toby did his circle zoomies whenever Jerome came to walk him. They spent a week together with boarding at his house and toby was able to enjoy his stay with his 2 doggos. At first, I was happy to get a dog walker "in my neighborhood because I'm too far away and the walker has to come by way of the light rail." As the customer, I should not have to hear their excuses why the walker is arriving way too late than the expected visit time. Then I was informed that they have an hour on either side of the visit time. I cannot find that small print in the contract so if someone can, let me know. One walker in particular doesn't pay attention to your pet. Really, he has his red headphones in and the only interaction he has is when he puts the food bowl down and leashes and unleashes my dog and stands around waiting to clock in and out from the app. And I've complained numerous times about the gps tracking app not working and was informed that a new one is in the works so why bother updating the old one and wait for the new one ??? That is not a reason, just another excuse. And most importantly, their contract says they 'give love and attention' but they don't. I have proof. I've even addressed it to Pedro and the walker and they both say the walker gives attention. HE DOESN'T!! This review is honest and I've written the same concerns to Jerome. So happy we found this company- from the first phone call with Pedro, this company's been fantastic. Desiree's our dog walker and she's seriously changed our lives. We got our rescue dog back in January and he's the love of our lives but he has fear aggression and takes a bit to get used to someone, so we worried we'd never find a walker. Desiree came over several times, just sitting with him and letting him get to know her (which included him barking and nipping), and we've recently had success with her being able to walk him, no nips at all! I had to leave my yorkie-poo for almost 10 days due to travel reasons, and Pedro and his family was kind enough to take her in and dog-sit her for a prolonged period of time. Upon my return, i have never seen my dog so happy. Through the time that my little pup was at Pedro's, Pedro sent pictures and comments to keep my family updated on Khalessi (our dog). Khalessi thinks she is a person, so putting her in a larger environment with other dogs was just unacceptable as she becomes very nervous, and she feels left out/panicky. At Pedro's, Khalessi was falling asleep on throw pillows and playing with Pedro's family. She was not only content, but we can almost feel her sense of security from the photos. Honestly, I can be that crazy dog mom sometimes. Delilah (my 5 year old Doberman) can be quite a handful and also requires some patience. She is aggressive on leash and also has seizures. Tyler is my dog's regular walker. He went far above and beyond for me today. First, I unexpectedly got held up at work way longer than planned. He agreed to come let my dog out on like an hour's notice. Then, when he got here, he noticed she'd vomited several times around the apartment. He immediately texted me and said to call him asap if I hadn't read the visit notes. I was in a meeting and couldn't call, but saw that my dog had vomited several times all over the apartment--and Tyler had gone ahead and cleaned everything up! I was able to get more specific details from him over the phone and make an emergency vet appointment right away. I was so upset about about my dog, though, that when I left to go to the vet, I accidentally left my keys locked in my apartment. I had been crying the whole way home from the vet over the dog. It was 90F outside. And none of my neighbors or friends with keys were answering their phone. I tried Tyler as a last resort and asked if there was any way he could meet me with my keys so I could get me and the dog inside, and he did. He was there in minutes. I cannot possibly thank him enough. Tyler didn't need to 90% of what he did for me today, and yet. he did. When I thanked him and said I wanted to return the favor somehow (buying his dinner for the night--whatever), he waved me off and said all he cared about was that Zoey was okay, and then reached down to pet her.
