[[HIGHLIGHT]]We've taken both of our girls here for years and it's been a great experience every time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We never have to worry about how they are treated, it is so clear that they're showered with love during their visits. To top it off they come home looking and smelling SO fresh and the seasonal bows/bandanas they get are always adorable. Could not recommend Alicia or her business more. Refuse to take my fur babies anywhere else. My husky is treated correctly and the groomers are very patient with her. All my dogs come home clean, smelling nice, and happy. No tears. Prices are reasonable considering the service. Highly recommend. read more

Service is horrible, the groomers look like they are always in a bad mood!! We just moved back into the area and we're looking for a groomer for our dogs. Pawsatively Elegant was recommended to me by my best friend. Like with all pet services (veterinary and grooming due to Covid), they are booking a couple of weeks out. Let me tell you.... It was WORTH THE WAIT!! The staff there is so sweet. From the first phone call to drop off and pick up, everyone I spoke to was really nice. You can tell that they all really love animals and the work that they do. My girls look amazing! They provide really great grooming services. My dogs received some of the best cuts they've ever had. Be sure to book early and book your following appointment before you leave. I just wanted to give a shout-out to my dog groomers, Pawsatively Elegant. They recently moved to their new location at Valley View and Yorba Linda Blvd., in the Savers and 24 Hour Fitness shopping center. I have been taking my dogs there for about five years now. My dogs love going and look beautiful when they are finished. Before my disabled bulldog, Teddy, passed away, I took him there, and the groomers were wonderful with him. If you have not tried Pawsatively Elegant or lost touch as a result of their move, give them a call. The phones are a bit finicky sometimes from the move, but they do work. I just took my dogs there to the new location on Saturday, and I love the new location. Great job, as always, Pawsatively Elegant!!!!! read more

I've been taking my GSD here for a year now since we moved to Placentia. I am so grateful to have found this place. The wonderful ladies greet my girl with hugs and always tell her how much they love her. At our last groomer, they made me sedate her before drop off because she was too much energy. (GSDs typically hate baths. She's very normal with this) Pawsitively Elegant encouraged me not to sedate her so that she can just be herself. So much better! She has a blast every time. :) read more

First visit today. I don't know how I missed this place but so glad I discovered. I have taken my little guy to many groomers in the area but this is my favorite so far. They said they would not be able to do a full groom but still took my Bailey in on short notice. I mainly wanted him to get a bath. They gave him a nice bath and blowout; even trimmed his face and paws. When he returned home he was just as happy and fluffy as can be. He did not stay there for hours and he did not have an attitude when he got back. I can tell they treated him well. Even his paws were velvety soft. The best part, they did not charge me an arm and a leg! I can't wait to take him in for his next trim. read more

We have been to a few different groomers but Pawsatively Elegant definitely rises above all the rest. We had such a positive experience. We received great friendly service from the entire staff, and most importantly our dog came out happy. We love a shorter length on our labradoodle with a teddy bear face which they were able to accomplish. Definitely felt safe leaving our pup here and will be returning soon! read more

Alicia and her team are amazing. I bring my 3 dogs and they are so accommodating. For my fragile dog Teddy Bear, they always make sure it's early or later so he's not there longer than needed and he gets a little extra TLC. My dogs return pretty and happy. They typically do a pretty good job but they need to ease up on the upselling…read more I understand "suggesting" other services, it's a business after all , but it seems lately like it's always "you'll need this and that" in addition to whatever you're having done there rather than "would you also like to include this or that", leaving the impression that it's a requirement rather than a suggestion. When your small 15 pound dog gets a bath and tidy, for around 60 dollars and they say the dog also needs a flea bath, ok, I get it, sure add the 15 dollar flea bath since I don't want my dog to have fleas (though its is an inside dog always and regularly has all its bedding and coat treated with flea repellant and a pill to kill fleas and eggs) , but ok, then they say the dog will also need a special $30 dollar "brushing" on top of the 60 dollar bath and tidy in addition to the $15 dollar flea bath I have to ask, "don't they brush him anyway when they do a "BATH" and tidy????????? Their excuse was that the flea bath dries the dog's skin so they need to brush the dog. Somethings not adding up. How does a flea shampoo that allegedly dries a dog's skin get fixed by brushing the dog for $30.00 more? I'd suggest maybe using something less harsh or adding a conditioner after whatever chemical flea treatment they apparently use which is harsh enough to irritate the dog's skin instead of irritating it further with a $30 brushing that I can't imagine would help at all considering they already have to brush the dog anyway when they did the bath and tidy.. So before a tip we've gone from $60 dollars to $105.00??????? Really???? I don't see how adding a flea bath to the dog shampoo changes any brushing or fluffing already required , so why the added $30.00 for a brushing still necessary even if the flea bath was never performed ?????? I might have to start looking for a new groomer or just save my gas and have a mobil groomer come by to do it at home at these prices.

Blizzard is a large breed malamute, so it's not always easy finding sitters who are confident and experienced--but what really stood out is that they also have experience with large dogs. They were also comfortable using the tools we provided, like his prong collar, which honestly made me feel even more reassured that they know how to properly handle bigger, stronger dogs. They left the Furbo camera on in the living room as requested and were overall very respectful of our home. It's honestly hard to find sitters you fully trust, and I'm so glad we found them--especially having both of them stay with Blizzard. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

I'm a new client, and I was referred by my friends who bring their dogs here. I've taken my Maltese to a few places and never been happy with the haircut. I was nervous because my dog HATES the groomers, and always shakes when she's there. But this place is so calming and quiet! I met with my groomer right away, and she did a hands on assessment of my sweet girl. I didn't really know what to do with her, and the groomer suggested a few things that would look good on her. I dropped her off around noon, and she was done in less than 3 hours! How awesome is that! Since my boyfriend was picking her up, she sent home a sweet report card to let me know how she did. And my pup looked AMAZING! Such adorable bows and a little bling collar necklace that I just adored. This place is very good. My yorki liked it there and it smelled very nice there too. Not like doggy. The haircut was very nice I liked it a lot. They do a good job. Associates are very nice too and pretty. The one with the long hair is who did my dog. Prices are good too not too expensive and I think they are fair. Has to be hands down the best groomers around town! My dog is not the friendliest pup around, but Alisia has treated him with so much love and care that he doesn't mind getting groomed with her.
