I paid for ears cleaned, nails trimmed, and feet groomed, but only the nails were done. Ears were not cleaned and feet were barely touched. When my husband calmly questioned it, staff said they only trim the bottom of the feet. The manager said he'd be back and never returned after we waited about 30 minutes. Staff also labeled my husband as "aggressive," which was untrue and unprofessional. Paid for services not provided and left with no resolution.

Unfortunately, the experience ended badly. The morning after his grooming, my dog's eyes were red, swollen, and had significant discharge. Since our regular vet was closed due to the upcoming holiday, we were referred to UGA, where he was diagnosed with chemical burns in both eyes -- caused by skunk shampoo getting into them. He's now in considerable pain and will require ongoing medication and treatment. I appreciate that they fit us in quickly, but clearly the grooming process was not gentle or careful enough when handling his face and eyes.

She wasn't pushy like other places we had visited. Meagan really has a genuine love for her pups. We went in looking for a Poodle and ended up with a Maltipoo. I recently brought home two teacup Yorkshire Terriers, and I am absolutely in love with them. From the moment I picked them up, I could tell how much love and care had gone into raising them. One of them, Tiny, went straight to the pee wee pad when we got home--such a smart little guy! His older brother Titan loves to cuddle and falls asleep in my sisters arms when she hold him.
