She is so well tuned to animals and their energy, feelings, needs and wants. She is authentically caring and I felt beyond comfortable knowing my pets were in her care. Her communication is impeccable, she sends updates, and my house looking amazing when I came back! The animals were happy and cared for, truly I couldn't ask for more. Thank you thank you, I appreciate your service and I can't wait to have you help again in the future!!

She genuinely treats and cares for the animals like her children. Clean, but not fancy like a museum. Very friendly. Doesn't smell like s*** like other places I've experienced where you walk in and lose your eye brows. Didn't see any feces on the ground anywhere too even outside. I have also been there and seen other customers come to pick up their furry love ones and leave satisfied. Inside the animals seem to have lots of toys and places to explore or a quiet place for the shy customers. Current parking is ok, hit or miss but right across the street is a church that always has an empty parking lot. I feel the animals are protected too because someones always watching and someone's always awake. Prices great for the services. Great family business- thank you sincerely, Mr. Wade

This is a long overdue review. Also, I think this is more like a thank-you letter to Jen than a…read morereview. As many others have stated, Jen is amazing. Our dog, Shaka, just loved spending time with her and the other pups she cared for. We were a little worried at first about his temperament being around others (humans and other animals) since he gets a little skittish, but he seemed to thrive there. When it was pick-up time, he was always happy and seemed to sleep very well from getting his exercise and socialize in. (He also smelled great on his longer stays. Thank you for the baths!) Jen is super flexible and communicative. We were so appreciative of this since we tend be rather spontaneous and would ask to drop him off the day before sometimes. We also would extend his stay last minute, for example, when we were taking road trips and wanted to stop for the night instead of driving all the way through a town. (Sorry and thank you so much, Jen!) Shaka has stayed over from one day to two weeks (possibly more), and each time, we've received text updates from her and even pictures of him happy with his friends. I always looked forward to those. Shaka passed away early last year, and I've been meaning to write this for a long time to say, "Thank you, Jen!" for being such a wonderful caregiver and trustworthy and friendly person overall. Dog parents, I 1000% recommend Jen.

He had a rough start in life and came to us afraid of just about everything--walks, new people, new places, loud noises, and even being alone. Instinct connected us with Jennifer, a Fear Free Certified Trainer, and we couldn't have asked for a better match. From day one, she helped us understand how to show Paxton that he is safe with us and taught us how to guide others to interact with him in ways that make him feel secure. Jennifer also encouraged me to "build a village" of support--dog walkers, trainers, neighbors, and kind members of the public who could help Paxton slowly gain confidence in the world around him. Her compassion, patience, and expertise have made such a difference in all of our lives. After many months of practice, love, and a lot of patience, we're thrilled to say that Paxton is now a confident dog who loves exploring new places with his family and has even learned that staying home alone isn't so bad after all. We are so grateful to Jennifer and the entire Instinct team for helping us give Paxton the tools (and courage!) to thrive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for thoughtful, science-based, and truly compassionate training.
