I have a Senior lab mix who I know receives all the attention and care she requires, even in her declining health. My younger dog who attends daycare takes advantage of the cage free boarding. Daycare all day, and no kennel at night - which is great because being crated is not something he has ever done well with. Some extra peace of mind for both my dog and me. Carlos, Amanda, and the rest of the team take care of my animals as if they are their own. Anytime I leave one or both of my dogs with them, it's a stress free experience for me knowing my dogs are in such good hands and for my animals who get loved and doted on while in their care. My dogs have always come out looking great, and I've been happy with the work the groomers themselves have done. Unfortunately, the communication and customer service have become so frustrating that I've decided to look for another groomer. Trying to get in touch with the office or schedule an appointment is unnecessarily difficult. It often feels almost impossible to get a response, and when I do communicate what I need, it doesn't seem to be listened to. For example, I specifically explained that Fridays are the only day I'm available, yet I was offered a Tuesday appointment. It's incredibly frustrating to repeatedly explain your availability and feel like the information is simply being ignored. Another issue I constantly run into is that I'll call and leave a voicemail specifically requesting a phone call back, but instead, I receive a text message. Even though the voicemail specifically states if you wanna text ask for a text, and if you wanna call, ask for a call. I understand that scheduling can be difficult and that appointments may not always be available on the day a customer wants. However, there's a big difference between not having availability and not communicating effectively with the customer. I would have been completely understanding if I had simply been told that there were no Friday appointments available. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the difficulty getting help with scheduling have reached a point where it's no longer worth the frustration for me. Good grooming is important, but good customer service and communication are also a huge part of running a business. Sadly, the scheduling and communication issues have ultimately caused them to lose me as a customer.
