It's not right to have the customer make an appointment weeks ahead of time only for them to cancel an hour beforehand, or change the appointment with less than a day's notice. This has happened on several occasions and today was the last straw. Customer is not the priority here. Look elsewhere for grooming services. Two stars because the haircuts were good.
