I really shouldn't have paid for it since the disorganization and misplacement of the items in the store isn't my fault, but I still paid half, i left what I was going to buy and proceed to just leave the store. The argument didn't escalate, but they do make the customer feel horrible when they have to pay for a broken item that is a result of their disorder. Sadly, I will not buy from this store again, and if you go, be very careful when walking between the aisles.

A baby shower like no other!…read more As someone who works in the event industry, I am a part of hundreds of events every year and have high standards when it comes to production, details, and guest experience and Hosted by Hogan exceeded every single one of them. Our baby party was not a simple shower. We had layered interactive elements, custom design pieces, and sentimental keepsakes woven throughout the event and Jenn handled it all with creativity, organization, and calm confidence. One of my favorite details was our activity station featuring a custom paint-by-numbers portrait of the two of us. After the event, she actually took it home, added the finishing touches, and framed it for us. It is now a keepsake we'll have forever. We also had a "Baby's First ABC Book" station where guests completed individual pages. Jenn had the entire book professionally bound afterward, turning what could have been loose papers into a beautifully finished heirloom. Those kinds of thoughtful follow-through details are what separate a good planner from a truly exceptional one. The design was cohesive, the logistics were seamless, and the experience felt effortless for us and our guests.
