The owner charged me for a vase that accidentally fell and broke while I was passing by with my stroller. The store is so crowded that you can barely walk through the aisles. I really shouldn't have paid for it since the disorganization and misplacement of the items in the store isn't my fault, but I still paid half, i left what I was going to buy and proceed to just leave the store. The argument didn't escalate, but they do make the customer feel horrible when they have to pay for a broken item that is a result of their disorder. Sadly, I will not buy from this store again, and if you go, be very careful when walking between the aisles. read more

The worst phone service, how are you a party business but you do not have the patience to answer questions? One of the workers tells me "sorry the girl got impatient." Then go on and hang up on a future customer? Bad service, get better people on the phone. You want a good business get people who can help you promote that. your workers are making your business look bad. read more

Pre-ordered a balloon arrangement for pickup at a specific time/date. Unfortunately the order was not ready on-time as promised and was of extremely poor quality. The associates were not warm or welcoming and did not seem interested in helping me get my order so I could get to my event. A few of the balloons started immediately drooping but they stated their policy is that all sales are final. They refused to fix my issue or provide store credit/refund. Overall I had a very poor experience here and can't recommend depending on them for your next party/event. read more

Love this place! They have excellent customer service. Every time I need a pińata I call ahead to see if they have it and so far, I haven't been disappointed. They have different assortments of Mexican candy. The reason for the 3 stars is because I purchased some candy and realized it was expired when I got home. So I recommend this place for pińatas but check expiration dates on the candy. read more

We are talking decorations, toys for treat bags, candies, snacks, piñatas, serving items, cake toppers, etc. There is a mix of licensed characters and not. I really like the selection of single colored candies. It makes it easy to coordinate with a theme. Prices are pretty competitive. Staff was very friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. And they have such a wide variety of any party items you could think of

bad service, dusty, ambiance feels like a wasteland where expired candy/food go to. the back of the store is messy, open candy containers. SENSORY nightmare. They stock things horribly on top of each other and if it falls when you go grab a product they will charge you for it but not to your face, they will wait until you pay and keep your stuff hostage behind the counter and when the rest of your family checks out that's when they tell you they're going to charge you for it be they saw the cameras. mind you this was my first experience here and i was careful grabbing the stuff but it doesn't matter if the place is badly stocked. things will fall either way. i have no problem paying for something that fell regardless if it was my doing especially if they're that thirsty for money but the fact that they waited to say something after i paid for my stuff and held it behind the counter? why not just tell me from the beginning when you're ringing me up? Came to get another piñata and a other few dozen tamales... I can't stay away! the piñata was hit by 14 kids and they each got two tries!! I could not believe how well it was made! The kids had tons of fun with it and we were all extremely impressed. My nieces theme was Wednesday and I paid $40 for a customized pinata. Be sure to order 2-3 weeks in advance. Got a giant pinata. The ladies were extremely helpful and oulled down any pinata I wanted to see. A big selection of candy and plates and other party items. There are some random items that you would see at the dollar store too. You can get some creative jars and stuff to pour candy into. They will explain everything to you. We have seen this place before but today was our first visit and front outside you get the impression that it is a small store. Negative! This place is huge and way better than Party City! They have piñatas of every size plus other Mexican themed items such as candy and other snacks plus Mexican Coke products & Pepsi (Both Glass Bottles). They acourse also have all your party supplies such as balloons, cups, plates, utensils and other party accessories. Great location (Same Plaza As El Pollo Loco) and reasonable prices. The only thing I didn't like was they charge 75 cents to use your debit/credit card but that is not a deal breaker to me. Check this place out! This store has lots of party supplies & variety of Mexican candies! But DO NOT order a Pinata from here! I was excited to pick up my daughters 1st bday Pinata and when I did I was embarrassed walking out the store because the Pinata was so hideous. It looked nothing like what I requested! The pencil markings were on the letters and literally looked like a 1st grade did it. Such a waste of my money!! The little girl said at least they tried! That's the kind of service they provide! Again, so not order Pinatas here! And the guy said they have multiple locations in Phoenix, so beware! I went here to get some things for a coworker's birthday and decorate a break room, i walked around the store for maybe 5 mins to get all my things and and everyone was super helpful once i could find them. i got to the registers and their system was down. i stood in line with 5 other gals and a little kid waiting for 25 mins waiting for them to figure out what's going on. I then finally got to the register where their pin pad wasn't working all together for 7 items my total was abnormally high but i never got a receipt but i was in a hurry and didn't have time. I got back to work 2 hours later and the balloons were clearly old popping and not holding together. I went in and complained as i couldn't put together any of the balloons i had gotten and was told that there was nothing they could do. no refund given. will not be receiving any buisness from me. i've read through other reviews and it seems to be the same that there's old things kept on the shelves including food. read more

This store is so much fun!! They have a huge assortment of party decorations, candy, tableware, and piñatas in any theme you could possibly think of. I walked up and down every aisle smiling like a little kid. They even make custom piñatas if you don't see one you like. Just allow a couple weeks for them to make it. Lost my business! Had my 12 year old twins birthday today. Candy and toys for the party bags came from this ridiculous store. Kids excitedly start digging in the goodie bags only to find rock hard gummy's and toys that don't work. Bummed out I brought the broken toys back hoping to get replacements. The cashier kept trying to tell me I came in the day before for balloons and she didn't charge me for the helium. No I didn't get balloons. "Oh yes I remember you." She says. I appreciate that they sell Qualitex balloons. They have a lot of inventory. And the staff is friendly and helpful. The gal who helped me even went to new inventory and sorted through it to help me find the balloon colors I wanted. Very helpful, indeed! However, the gal who helped me also charged me 75 cents for a "non tax item" that I didn't buy. I didn't have many items and thought my total was about a buck too high. I looked at her inquisitively and quickly added up my purchases in my head: 3 bags of balloons and some clearance sale markers ($1) plus tax. She quickly distracted me by asking me some obscure question. My BS sensors went off, but I was in a hurry so just shrugged it off. When I got home later and unpacked my bag, I checked the receipt against my four purchased items. Yep. I got taken. For 75 cents. Now, obviously, 75 cents is nothing to most of us. But if an employee does this to 10 customers a day, it adds up to $7.50. 100 customers = $75. And so on. Perhaps it was a mistake. Or, perhaps not. It left me with a feeling of distrust. Not cool.
