Be prepared to be berated, abused, yelled at, shamed and ultimately kicked out. The son is an absolute blowhard. My family was utterly abused and disrespected in our meeting with both of them. We will NEVER be going to them again. We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. We will be telling everyone we know just how horribly we were treated. I have never in my life been yelled at by a supposed professional. ALSO, please keep in mind, every year I have gone to them, I get letters from the IRS saying I owe them back taxes for mistakes made by them, not me. STAY away unless you want to be audited, owe back taxes, yelled at and embarrassed.
