Although this would delay my inspection a week I agreed. I wondered to myself why she couldn't just print and mail to me - after all, she did say I could come and pick it up! I explained that I now lived in East Stroudsburg which is 1 hour away from her office in Allentown. But, I just kept that thought to myself and waited. After 2 weeks the insurance card still hadn't come so I called Ms Perez. During this conversation she said the ONLY thing she could do is put in ANOTHER request!! THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE! That's when I, at first, humbly requested she just mail it to me. She said, "That's not how we "do things"! I told her I don't know what that means! I became agitated because I already waited 2 weeks before calling her after receiving nothing and explained to her my car inspection is now expired 2 weeks now. She was so rude at this point! Now I was driven by frustration and in fear of getting a $150 ticket!! I told her I didn't see the problem with just mailing the document to me as a courtesy since I've already waited...she didn't seem to get it and kept talking over me. Finally, she hung up on me. I called back and calmly left a message with her assistant, then a few hours later left a message on her machine. It's now one week later and I haven't heard from her. I'm angry now and that is why I've decided to share my experience!! Throughout our 2 year relationship I've had to follow up with Perez countless times on various unrelated requests!! My insurance was cancelled 3 times after I was told Auto Pay was accepted and in force, WITHOUT QUESTION!! Every time I speak with her she's frazzeled, she constantly makes errors and must make corrections. There came a point where it was EASIER to for us to deal DIRECTLY WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY!! I SUGGEST FOR YOUR OWN SANITY AND TO MAINTAIN PEACE IN YOUR LIVES, FIND ANOTHER NOTARY, A MORE EXPERIENCED AGENT WHO IS MATURE AND IS NOT DRIVEN BY ANXIETY. MS PEREZ LACKS SELF CONTROL & MATURITY WHICH WAS UNCOMFORTABLE FOR US TO OBSERVE. WE WERE EMBARRASSED FOR MS. PEREZ. First, this is not some random third-party place like Best Buy or Target that just happens to sell Verizon along with everything else. It's a Verizon Authorized Retailer, which means they use the same Verizon systems and can basically do the same things a corporate Verizon store can -- upgrades, new lines, activations, SIM/eSIM, billing changes, troubleshooting, etc. I've gone to both corporate Verizon stores and this location, and the big difference I noticed is how much more time they spent actually helping me. At corporate stores I've often been rushed, told to call customer service or "do it online," and sent on my way. Here, they actually sat down with me, explained my options, and took care of everything right there -- including on a phone I didn't even buy from them. There are times when specific SIM cards or certain inventory can be limited, and that can definitely be frustrating, but that doesn't mean they're "pretending" not to have them just to force a sale. In my case they explained the difference between physical SIM and eSIM and still helped get me activated without trying to push a random phone on me. Also, from what I understand, Verizon has been moving more and more everyday service over to authorized retailers like this one and relying less on corporate stores. So it actually is in people's best interest to get familiar with these locations -- they're going to be the face of Verizon for most of us going forward. Everyone is entitled to their experience, but painting all authorized retailers as "only wanting to sell you something" just doesn't match what I've seen at this store. If you're reading these reviews and are unsure, I'd say at least give them a fair shot before writing them off.

After 7 days of waiting for the phone that we had paid for all we got was more and more aggravation. Not one staff member showed an ounce of empathy!!! When there were legitimate questions asked , what we got back was " there is nothing we can do"! If they thought your questions were asked again everyone of the staff told us they were being disrespected. They took no responsibility for the delays and told us we could not cancel the order. I need my car towed and had them tow it to a shop of my request. Without calling me and giving me the information of the name of the person towing the car they just came and towed my car during the night and it never made it to where I wanted them to tow it too. My car was missing for months . When I told them I was about to go to the magistrate to put out a lawsuit for blue book value of my car all sudden I got letter that it was in the impound lot. When i contacted them and asked them to describe where they took my var they described it as to where it should of went to act like they didnt steal my car that the perosn i had it tsken to stole my car . But yet it was picked up and impounded up the street at a place that sells RVs. When ak sed to describe where ir was picked up if that is where it was they would of described it to me as a place that has RVs . But no RVs was described to me . If it truly was there the whole time . Im sure it woild of been impounded sitting there way befoee it was month later.
