Today, there were 3 staff members there, and the first one available to speak to me excused herself and took what sounded like a personal call outside, while keeping me waiting for more than a few minutes. Upon her return, she was downright rude and dismissive with each question I had. So my very expensive phone is not working, and neither Apple store nor AT&T store where I bought it can help. Multiple phone calls to AT&T and Apple, also no resolution. The worst part was being treated rudely, particularly since I was a polite customer just trying to get my phone working correctly. Great location but I am shocked at the behavior of a staff member working in customer service and treating a customer that way.

The 1 time someone did ask me if I needed any help, they said they couldn't help me with getting a new phone because my warranty ran out, even though I had paid them phone insurance for the last 2 years. I then immediately went to the Whitehall location and had a new phone in minutes. I don't know what the problem is with this place. It seems like a waste of good commercial space. After going there and ending up with a 0-4 record, I'm done wasting any more of my time there.

Andrea assisted me with the purchase of a new phone and a trade-in of my old phone. Her demeanor and professionalism ....particularly so close to closing time was above and beyond my expectations. I was assisted by the store manager Heather who also helped me pick out which accessories I needed. All of my data/ contacts/ photos were transferred to my new phone seamlessly and quick. It was the easiest new phone purchase I have ever made. I also just happened to be there on the day the new Alpine Green color was released by Apple and they were in stock. I would highly recommend this AT&T portables location if you are thinking about upgrading or purchasing a new phone.

I called a few AT&T stores and was told this was the only location that had a few of the phone…read moremodel I wanted. I spoke to the manager Joanna on the phone and told her to put the item on hold, I would be heading over there soon. I arrived, talked to her, then she goes in the back and brings out the contract model of the phone I requested when I clearly said I wanted the prepaid version. She checked with another clerk, they went in the back, then she came out and told me there were 3 of the model I requested in stock, and one had been put aside for me but it "got busy" in the last hour and a half and all were sold, including the one set aside. I asked if there's a certain day when their shipment comes in, if they could put one aside and call me to come pick it up. She said there was nothing she could do, unapologetically. I DROVE A HALF HOUR TO THIS STORE! It took everything for me not to verbally berate this woman on the spot. An agreement was made for an item to be specifically put aside for me. I am sure that she hadn't listened to me earlier and looked up the wrong item, then covered for herself--poorly! Even worse was that she didn't care how terribly she inconvenienced me. Don't shop here--these people don't know their @$$ from their elbow, nor do they care about providing quality customer service! THANKS FOR NOTHING!
