The first time I came to a payday money center I was declined to get a check cashed that was in my name from a hospital even after calling the hospital to verify, because it was my first time there. That was their reason. If that was the reason why would you call to verify the check knowing you dont cash checks from first time customers?oh because that isnt a rule. My first time there was such a cop out but I wanted to test that theory So I went again, with a cashiers check from the navy federal credit union. These morons said we can't cash this check because we've had problems with this company with this type of check....let that soak in. A cashiers check is literally from the bank so it's guaranteed to clear. And to refer to the NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION as "this company" as if its some made up business, only tells me you didn't even look at the check. Get your shit together and teach your employees about the business they work in. read more

Mark and Ana at payday money centers will not allow me to verify a check from my employer which is the TUSTIN unified school district. Which is ACROSS THE STREET of their location and are 5 schools within a few mile radius. It is a certified check by the school district has many watermarks as well as verified by UNION bank. This is outrageous. They still want me to pay 2% and will not allow Me to cash the check regardless of taking my iD, social, a picture. What is the point of this established if they can't hold true to the purpose of their business. Don't waste your time or money.
