I just called to see if I could get some relief for this payment due next week. Was on hold for a long time and was eventually told they cannot delay my payment. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for another lengthy period and the agent came on and said "I am transferring you now" it then went to a recording that said "voicemail is disabled at this extension" I cannot wait till I am done with this company.
