I used his service before never had a problem and last week he send his son and somebody else and they damage the left fender. When I called he said he will come to check and after that of course he didn't called back, I called him back and I asked him I lost or I get a replacement, he said you lost and right after that he asked me if I have cameras, he knew they damage the fender. We had the front drivers side window replaced in an Audi A4 and not only did they break the door handle on the interior of the door, not even 3 months later the window wiring is now completely fried and the window will no longer go up or down! Called the company and they said that there was nothing they could do. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, not only did they break multiple things in the door they refuse to help with the problems that are now happening because of a botch replacement job. thank god I have a cousin who is an Audi mechanic or we would be royally screwed!! I called at around 2:30pm today to get a quote for my daughter's 2012 Camry Hybrid windshield replacement which I needed to be done today as I was only in town for the day. He asked if the car had a rain sensor and I replied I did not think so. He came an hour later as promised. Upon arrival be noticed that the car windshield did have the rain sensor. He took the time to show and explain to me what to look for. Since I wrongly told him over the phone about the rain sensor, without hesitation, he said that he had to go exchange and get the correct windshield. They came back a few hours later as I told them that I had to go and pick up my daughter. They took the time and replaced the windshield to my satisfaction. Cleaning up as they went along. What an awesome company!! I found them online, and they were available with quotes and service immediately. They accommodated my work schedule, and came to my house on Friday after 5. They also work Saturdays. I had a bugflector that I just bought and they installed that for free! Awesome and fast job, cheapest price I could find in town, and they don't charge any extra to come to your location. I was so impressed with how polite and professional they are, will definitely recommend them to everyone! I am a huge believer in the word of mouth, and those guys earned my loyalty. Horrible Customer Service. I spoke with the business owner, Leo, on a Friday who set my appointment to replace my windshield that next day on Saturday. On that Saturday, Leo didn't show up at the time he said he would. After an hour passed, I called him to find out when he was coming and he stated he didn't write down my appointment and thus forgot about it. He stated he would come the following Monday. When Monday came, I called him after he failed again to show up when he said he would. He stated that he needed another hour, which by then would be 12:30. Well, 2:30 came, and he still had not come. I called him and he said he tried to call me, which I had no missed calls, and he couldn't find my house. Turns out he wasn't even calling my number, he had the wrong number, so gave him another chance. He said he would come at 4:00. Ten minutes AFTER 4, I called him to find out where he was and he said he was finishing a job, and that he would be at my house shortly after. After another hour passed, I called him again, and he stated he was on his way. Another 30 minutes goes by and he finally showed. He replaced my windshield, and went on his way. 2 days later, it had rained and my car had a ton of water in due to the windshield, and when I drove the car, u could hear whistling wind where it seems the windshield was poorly sealed. I called Leo and told him the problem, and it's been 3 days and has yet to come fix my windshield. I've called him several times and he's told he will come and failed to show. read more

TERRIBLE customer service!!! I called & spoke with Leo on Monday afternoon 5/2 explaining that I would need a new windshield for my company vehicle. He told me he could come to my job between 11am-12pm the following day (Tues 5/3) & replace it. I told him that would work & he confirmed my appt for Tues May 3 between11am & noon. He also stated that he would need me to text my address to him. I told him I would get that to him later or when I went to work the following morning. Tuesday came & I sent him a text at 8:50 AM with my work address & confirming that he was still coming beween 11am-noon. He never text back so i called him about 30-40 mins after I sent the text. He answered, I explained who I was & told him that I had sent him a text earlier with the address. He told me that he gave my appointment to someone else because I didn't text him the address last night. I was like "EXCUSE ME!? So because I didn't send you the address last night even though you had my name, phone #, & confirmed with me the time, you just gave my appointment away AND you didn't bother to call & let me know?! So had I not called you I would be sitting here waiting for you not knowing you were not coming?!" He didn't really say too much other than he could try to come around 1pm. I told him no other time in the day would work because I had flights coming in & needed the truck to shuttle passengers back & forth. He told me he would call the customer her gave my appt to & see if they would come in later & call me back in 15mins. I waited over 30 mins & didn't hear from him so I called him back. He didn't answer so I left a voicemail. I got a text from him at 10:54 AM saying that the customer showed up sorry. That's it!! No phone call to reschedule or a phone call back like he said he would to let me know it wasn't going to work out. I was pretty mad to say the least because I was expecting this to get done at a certain time & now it wasn't going to!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!!!!! That is no way to run a business!!! I would NEVER call him again nor would I suggest him to my friends or family!!! read more
