I won't be able to get there during business hours due to my work schedule so Holly said she'd put a few in an envelope and leave them for me, outside, so I could pick them up later. Shore line was able to work us in despite bad weather impending and we are leaving for a trip within two days so we had a very short window to get a replacement in between the weather and our travel plans. Dave and Karen were a great team and very kind and didn't mind that we had questions about the process. They came to our house which was crucial since we only have one car. Our window frame was a bit atypical when they got it out but they had the equipment and knowledge necessary to sort out the issue on the spot. Hopefully we won't need a replacement for a long time but if we do we will absolutely be giving these folks a call again. Would recommend to absolutely everyone! ETA: this is the second sprinter we have had-same make and model. We had the windshield replaced on our first Sprinter Van as well, in 2019 we used a big well known name brand company the first time and they were not friendly like the shore line team was, and the other company brought the wrong windshield and so of course everything was delayed because of that mistake by several hours. After they (the big name company) left I noticed the seal around the edge didn't look even all the way round. Learn from my mistake back then and hire a small business like shore line auto glass the first time instead. I can tell that this small business truly puts their heart into the work they do. The finished window and seal on our car that was worked on today is absolutely seamless. Dave clearly knew exactly how to execute this job perfectly. Couldn't be happier.
