A wild animal fell down the hill and rolled into the bay window of my cottage, shattering one pane…read more I brought the measurements to these guys and after some initial confusion (metric vs imperial and glass thickness of a 100 year old window), an older gentleman came out from the workshop and took my nonstandard, custom order. A few days later, they had my new pane nicely packaged and ready for pick up. It fit, down to a micrometer. I secured it into place with glazing points and glazing compound(just as it was first done in the 1920's. Hopefully this one also lasts for a hundred years
