They arrive at the property timely on the day of the service. Their technicians listen attentively to the concerns and address them the best they can. The quality solution they use is odorless and it WORKS AMAZINGLY! No ants and no spiders to be seen for most if not all of the year. Neither of those companies saw my issue as a priority and were in no hurry to come out. They wanted me to wait about 2 weeks. I went on Yelp and saw this company, Family First Pest Solutions. The name immediately drew me in because I'd much rather support a family business as opposed to a huge chain. They didn't have many reviews, but the reviews they did have were amazing. I requested a quote on Yelp and got an answer within 20 mins with a list of different pricing options. Wow. Most companies like to beat around the bush or give you a huge estimate range. These people were to the point. I called and Linda immediately answered the phone. She was so sweet and said she would try to get us in today. (This was about 2pm and most businesses close at 5pm. I was very hopeful and appreciated them trying to get us taken care of.) Sure enough, her husband, the technician, texted me an estimated window of arrival. He gave me an ETA about 20 mins before showing up and arrived exactly when he said he would. He identified the problem immediately and explained how he was going to get rid of the wasps. He did his job quickly and let me know that the work was guaranteed for 60 days. Just like he said, within 2 days the wasps are completely gone. The professionalism, kindness, communication, and willingness to help us has made an impact. We will for sure be calling them in the future if we need anything. Their prices are fair as well, including the monthly maintenance packages. They blow the big chain company that starts with a "D" out of the water for sure. I did my rounds in attaining quotes from the big termite companies, they were very expensive and told us we had other pest issues we would have to take care of when initially we just called for termite/fumigation. Ultimately I got a recommendation for Encite. At our first meeting Mike was honest and straight forward and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, we knew we had to take our business to them. Mike confirmed what we assumed already about the other companies that they had lied to us about issues just to upsell their services. Since the fumigation we have had no issues and have since become quarterly pest control customers with Encite. Adam has been attentive to any issues we have with pest, we used to have a lot of ant issues and we no longer have those large ant infestations we would normally always expect after rain or in the summer.
