If you are considering Gallant Pest Control, they do stand behind their warranty, but in my case the treatments did not eliminate the roach problem.

Normally, I like to be present for inspections, but because it didn't work out this time, my wife was there. After several estimates, she settled on Bug Baron for their clear explanation of the treatment, professionalism, and willingness to get their hands dirty and be thorough in locating termite activity. I had The Termite Guy come out since they did the last service over 5 years ago, and they were not as thorough. Not to mention, they focused more on selling me on the company, yet were not willing to do anything that would give me the impression they had identified the issue, so I went with Bug Baron. Simon, my point of contact, is a pro. He was always responsive, willing to answer my questions, and patient in dealing with my schedule. Given that I had received so many estimates, he price matched what i had been quoted. Further adding to the value of them vs the other guys, his warranty was for 5 years, while the others were either 1 or 3 years, and if you wanted a 3-year, you had to pay a pretty penny. Overall, great company, great communication with Simon, great value for the scope of work, and very interested in addressing my issues without pushing to sell me on something I may not need. Jeremy came out and did a very thorough inspection, found all the areas the mice were finding their way in and informed us of the treatment recommendations. He said the office would be getting back to us in the next day or so with the quotes and left without pressuring us to sign up for immediate service. Signature had the quote to us just a few hours later via email (which I was a very reasonable rate) again with no pressure to sign for their services. Jeremy and the office staff followed up with us shortly after just to confirm we understood what was recommended, asked if we had any additional questions and just overall provided great customer service. We decided to sign on with Signature for service and have been extremely happy almost a year later! After the first round of traps, we found all but one with a mouse in it and our mice problem has since diminished. Well, Brett from Rockwell pest solutions came to my home that was for sale In Rancho Cucamonga quoted me a much better price than a previous quote for repairs and it started good. On January 7, 2015 I received a voicemail from Rockwell that stated " you have a past due balance of $1050.00 due in November of last year" and provided a callback number. I called and spoke to the woman who insisted my balance was unpaid and she took no responsibility for leaving this information on a voicemail that I was not first to receive. When this took place I was in the process of trading my car for a pick up truck needed for a job I would have been starting that Friday and now second guessing weather or not this bill was paid in the sale of my home I left my in progress transaction of a vehicle trade since I could not reach my realtor right then for any confirmation. I spoke to Frances after I received confirmation that this bill was indeed paid in November 2014 and within 2 hours of the initial call from Rockwell the truck I was to acquire in a straight across trade was sold. Frances wAs quick to tell me that it's my fault for not getting the truck and that they take no responsibility even though this would not have happened had they been more organized and confirmed payment before calling and making me second guess if this money was due. She "Frances " used her recent cancer diagnosis as a reason for being behind on updating records in the office and as a result of a phone call to date I have lost $8300.00. I requested a call back from Brett which Frances assured me wouldn't happen as I should have completed my trade because I live out of state and asked me why would I worry about a debt to them and I should have done what I needed to to. I have subsequently left 4 voicemail messages for Brett with no return call. I have all intention to legally Pursue my loss and hold Rockwell accountable and I do not believe the message left on an answering machine like that to be legal and certainly not ethical plus I paid $1050.00 to have 2 holes drilled into 2 pieces of wood, filled with bondo and sprayed with an orange smelling liquid contrary to being verbally told that boards were going to be replaced and it was suggested I do not do this myself as it would not be warrantied. read more

They will return to re-spray free of charge. The bad, you can't get a human voice because everything goes to voice mail.
