The owner is your worst nightmare. He is rude, incompetent, unreasonable, and judgemental. You own a smoke shop bro wtf did you expect for customers??? Anyway...a $4.28 charge turned into $44.28. And Mr. Asshat over at Asshats Smoke Shop aka Robs ...refused to look into this matter for me stating he would "look tomorrow." I went in the previous day and spoke to the lady who is also incompetent and two faced to her co workers...snake woman. She told me that the other woman who checked me out put in too many #s..I said well maybe the card terminal company made a mistake. She said "NO IT WAS HER !!!" and instructed me to come in between blah blah hours to get cash from the owner. Purchased a sourin here after the employee harassed me for an hour claiming this $60 piece was flawless. Well, it had a lot of flaws. First of all, it didn't work to begin with. The employee wouldn't exchange it and mockingly taped it and gave it back to me. Would not recommend purchasing any items from here unless you want to be scammed into buying broken, cheap product. I live down the street and it's super convenient to stop on my way home off the side of greenway. They have so many options in here and have awesome prices on pretty much everything. The lady at the front desk is so nice, however i must comment on the quality of products. I buy vapes from here bc it is close to my house.The vapes sold here last maybe 2 days. I ususally buy from Cellars on 32nd st and Shea. Same vape lasts 5-9 days with vibrant flavor. They have all you could ever ask for and more. LOVE THEM at CELLARS. I have recently within the past 10 days purchased what i would normally biy at Cellars and the product does not tasste the same, nor last as long, and I am officially saying they suck, and I think their product is tampered, reproducted, fase product AND THEY CHARGE SGNIFICANTLY MORE for the same product that Cerllars does. Bought a oil burn they claimed was crystal, cracked cause it was glass. Blunt wraps are dry. Beer is old. All the cheap Chinese VAPE stuff, useless. I also bought a torch, it broke that night took it back the guy said TOO BAD. Even the cigarettes are old and stale. Don't go here there's a better shop just south. read more

I came in looking for a bong after a long hard day at work. I wanted one for a reasonable price she quoted us 15 dollars. We came back the next day expecting to pay the 15 plus tax for the bong and all of a sudden she shook her head said Oh! no! no! its is 15.99. Shocked by her petty ways we paid the 17 (in "wet" bills- due to sweat from work) her comment was "i dont need the pennies" and with a disgusted look she asked "why are the bills wet" and then began throwing them on the table in order to count it. I would never shop here again not only because the high prices and bad customer service (Older "lady") but the product i got came partly cracked and the bowl broke. read more
