When into purchase a torch spent $19 on a product that was recommended. Went Home tried to use it didn't work. Returned to the store about 20 minutes later spoke to the same gentleman asked him nicely if I could exchange it or return it was even willing to spend the same amount of money so that they wouldn't lose money. Told me I was shit out of luck also while I wad browsing for another one the guy took mine without asking and played with it and broke it even more. Pretty awesome selection the layout of the store is pretty sweet there is a gentleman that works there with a beard and glasses that was extremely helpful and I had an amazing experience the first time there, but my second time there I was helped by a different gentleman a taller slender young man that was an extreme d-bag. Apparently I didn't do a good enough job explaining what I needed at first because instead of trying to work with me and find out what it was, he just told me that he had no idea what I was saying. That is not the way to handle a sale. I ended up finding what I needed myself pointing to it and essentially making the purchase myself. If I do go back to this location I will just wait to be helped by another representative and if he's the only one there I'll just go down the street. read more

I'm not too fond of this store. I do love their huge selection of almost every glass product and smoking needs. Sooo many items to choose from. Sadly, everything is extremely over-priced!!! :( One example: I bought a Triton3 scale for $40 here and then found it a day later for $30 at another smoke shop. Ripoff much... The staff wasn't overly friendly as well. When I came in, they were goofing off and talking amongst themselves. Felt kind of on my own when I had a question. When I was being rung up, the employee carded me over a scale (which I felt was a little unnecessary). Overall, I do recommend this place for glass/smoking needs, but beware prices!!! read more

They have Vapes, cigars, e-cigs, Hookah, Hookah accessories, and shisha. I come for the shisha. They have probably over 40 different packs of the Fantasia which is my preferred brand. read more

One of my favorite smoke shops. They have everything including vape products, 420 related stuff , quality glass products and an assortment of neat random trinkets. Chill staff is knowledgable and helpful.... Been there for a while, the parking lot is a pain and can only be accessed by one direction its actually one of the weirdest locations in my opinion. Close to my house and convenient but can be a bother to access at times depending what direction you are coming from. read more

Has to be one of the cleanest and biggest shops I have ever been in. All glass is showcased well enough to see everything, so many pipes, bubblers, hookahs ect. to choose from. Cigar case is huge and well organized. They have a very nice patio to smoke on out front. (Definitely a good idea on owners part) The manager & staff are all very friendly and willing to help. This place is a little hard to locate but once you get inside it's really convenient. When I say convenient, I just mean the store has everything you could possibly need or want. If you ever have a problem with any of the merchandise you need to ask for the manager Cooper!!!!! He is a problem solver & a really nice guy! He will go out of his way to help you & make sure you leave happy. The nicest associate I have met so far is a cute little blonde girl & I think her name is Columbia or something...
