After he wrapped with the customer he was assisting, he introduced himself and shared a bit about the outlet and what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and was king enough to turn on a kids movie for our tiny people while we looked around. We were able to narrow down the mattress that we wanted and discussed pricing, the delivery and payment options. We were amazed at the price he quoted and we quickly realized we probably would not find a better price elsewhere. Especially after seeing the mattress we selected being double the price at other places. Needless to say, we bought the mattress and as a "thank you" we were given two succulents plants which were super cute. The only reason dropped a star was due to the delivery. My husband received a call the next day to schedule a time for that day and while a time was selected, no one showed and he ended up having to call only to be told something came up and they would be there later. That changed our plans up a bit and once the delivery finally took place, they did take our old mattress so that it could be recycled (he explained that process while we were in store and I had no idea that could be done). Anyway, this was an overall great experience and we definitely saved a good bit of money coming here.
