Michelle is nice, but either incompetent or wildly unprofessional. After we finally got a tax appointment, Michelle asked for an additional tax document, which I promptly sent over. Many texts/weeks later, she followed up and said she wanted a copy of our 1095-A, which I had already sent over but re-sent anyway. Then, after Michelle said she'd filed our taxes, I got a letter from the IRS. They're now claiming 1. the amount submitted on our 1095-A doesn't match what they have on their end and 2. my taxes haven't been filed. I'm panicking. I've sent Michelle several emails and dozens of texts--absolutely no response. She's just gone completely silent. No response, and now I have no idea what's going on with my taxes or my refund. She doesn't care because she's already been paid. Go to anyone else for your taxes. read more
