Right after that, a bunch of people came up on their bicycles and on foot smoking and exercising right in front of the doors to get inside. The whole thing is completely bizarre but clearly they're fine with losing money. The employee was acting unprofessional about my mother having to use the restroom while we were waiting to get gas. The male employee who said he would be there until 10 o'clock tonight said he didn't know the name of the female employee he was working with. LOL. I understand why Michelle has to be here so much of the time.

When I called in the morning for a time when I could pick them up, due to my drive, was told end of day or maybe the next. PAIN meds...you don't get pain meds and steroids if you aren't in pain. This was on Monday. Raised a fit and they got them done, picked them up, drove home to find a box of meds with a 21 pill count had only 2 pills. When I called, they asked me how it happened like I work in the pharmacy. Finally got a pharmacist to help, promised me the missing rx would ship FedEx that day so I'd have them yesterday. Not great, but manageable. Fast forward to Wednesday and still no rx delivered. When I called I was bounced from the pharmacy, to photo, to the pharmacy, to the front counter, back to the pharmacy where they hung up on me. Called back, finally got them in the pharmacy, sat on hold 12 minutes and the call dropped. I called back, FINALLY got a human again, but no clue where the rx was. I have to call again tomorrow to ask a supervisor, not the pharmacy, my tracking number. When you are sick and in pain this is the absolute last thing you need. I didn't yell, ask for a manager or Karen in any way, but this is bs. If you can't do the job right, find another one! We have very few choices in Payson for meds, even fewer that take my insurance, but i shouldn't have to deal with incompetence when sick and in pain.

They have 3 spots to dump so that totally helps with lines (it can take forever to dump on weekends, especially Sundays when everyone is rolling out) so this is huge. The whole process was efficient and easy. The convenient store is also nice but the bathrooms were eh, not the cleanest. We'll be dumping here on future camping trips in the Payson/Pine area, for sure!

My kid was getting an ICEE, but there wasn't a lid...you know the kind of lid that has a dome shape to it so that you can fill it up over the top? You know how important that is to a kid, especially a kid who was told he could only get a small ICEE so that he didn't have to pee in thirty minutes while traveling? Well, Colton saw that my kid didn't have a lid and showed him where they were. My kid explained that none of them fit his cup. Colton quickly realized that the size was missing although there were some in place (it was the wrong size in the wrong spot). Colton went above and beyond trying to find a lid for my kid!! He looked under the ICEE dispenser in the storage area, but there weren't any. He then took it a step further and went into the back to find some! We waited a while and my kid thought maybe he didn't find any. When Colton came back, he had the right lid!! I told him, "I am impressed!! Your mom must have raised you right, or you are just a special soul." He had a look on his face that I wasn't expecting. Then he responded, "I basically raised myself." He did a good job, indeed!!! I was so wowed by Colton!! He has a work ethic that you don't see in younger kids these days. He has care and concern for his customers!! He is so impressive!! Colton caught us as we were leaving. He told my 11 year old kid, "This is a life lesson. Follow your heart. Make your dreams come true. Do not let anyone stop you. Someday I will run this Circle K." Colton, yes indeed, I see that in your future and MORE!!!! I think that you will OWN that Circle K, or something on an even bigger scale!! You are a very valuable and impressive young man!!!
