STAY AWAY! I had a terrible experience, both with the salesman and with the vehicle. The salesman misrepresented the condition of the car in his emails, saying it was in "exceptional condition" and had "no problems"--in reality, the car had many problems, some serious, which I discovered because I insisted on taking it for a used-car inspection at a place of my choosing. He also said the car had a "clean Carfax," meaning I don't know what, because the Carfax indicated a fairly serious accident. The car wasn't even on the lot when we arrived, after driving two hours to see it--it was at a repair shop, having some major work done on the brakes and air conditioning. Even though we had made an appointment to see it that afternoon, we had to drive six miles to the repair shop to pick it up for a test drive and inspection, and they hadn't finished fixing the a/c so it was a hot test drive. The car was just a mess, and not worth anything close to what they were asking, given the serious $$$ someone would have to sink into it to make it not a mess. They do a horrible job at everything. All they care about is selling a car and getting your money. They sold me a junky truck and 1 month later I had to put a new engine in it because the old engine had metal in it. I also bought a warranty and they said it was a pre existing problem so they would not help. Ended up spending $6,000 of my money for a new engine. STAY AWAY!!!!!! read more

I test drove a car from their North Vernon location the other day. The car was junk, but that happens I guess. My problem was mostly the "salesman". He had his jeans halfway down his butt with his boxers hanging out and had his 80's glam rock playing so loud from his computer I could barely hear him, BUT that wasn't the worst part. I told him the exhaust needed replaced on the car and his response was that it was an aftermarket exhaust. So, I told him there was a noise in the rear end that you can only hear when you are decelerating and the exhaust isn't drowing everything else out and his response was that he hasn't had a chance to even look at the car so he isn't aware of any issues. Yet, he tried telling me it was an aftermarket exhaust. I'm not sure how one knows that without looking at the car. Bottom line, buy at your own risk. read more
