I was able to roll (literally a snails pace) off of the next exit of the freeway and pull over. My insurance towing company was going to take hours to get to us and I didn't know what was going on with my car. I didn't want to risk anything more happening to it or my son and I. I Googled auto repair shops nearby and called Westside. Teresa answered the phone and said that they could get to me and tow my car to their location within 15 minutes. Granted, I am not very direction savvy and yet Jon still found us and rescued my son and I. When we got to the shop, they had legos for my son to play with, gave him a popsicle and Teresa waited with us and until my parents were able to come and pick us up. Their honesty, kindness and understanding was so admirable and just what I needed in that moment. I truly believe that God put Teresa and Jon (and Nathan) in this situation because adding a toddler into an already stress and panicky situation, they were the perfect people/company for the job. Jon was able to tow my car to the dealership the next morning. I honestly cannot thank them enough for their help. I was a stranger, am a single mom and the love that they showed us was such an experience. They will forever hold a place in my heart and I will forever thank God for them. Teresa made us feel at home and let my son completely take over her office with blankets, legos and noise. Nathan and Jon were very thoughtful and considerate of my situation as well as helping me feel safe and validated. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! They are heroes and I will forever be thankful for what they did for my son and I on that scary and stressful day.

My dad spent almost $1000 dollars the first time when they called and said it was ready. I drove it back home and immediately felt that it was worse than what it was before. Took it back and they said nothing was wrong with it. I knew the tow truck driver and told him to ride with me and he noticed when we pulled out of the parking lot it was not fixed. They charged my dad another $400 dollars to get what was broke fixed! Seems to me like they gauge money out of your pocket.

I got a call this morning saying that the car was fixed and it would be another $230 to get the keys back. I explained to the owner that I had thought additional repairs would have been included with the original price that I paid, and that no one ever explained to me that there would be additional charges. I never approved more work to be done to my vehicle for additional cost. The owner accused me of "blackmail" (still not sure how that works) and dropped the price to $205. Long story short, I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

Well.. They installed a new fuel pump.. Didn't last 24 hours.. Called many times and no response…read more. The pump they put in took out my ignition switch.. Burned up a bunch of wires along with the fuel pump.. Its been in a repair shop for two weeks now.. Still doesn't run.. I just wanted to have them return the new pump as defective and so I'm out thousands of dollars.. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My transmission gave out on the interstate, the owner and his employee assured me they had a good…read moretransmission and could get it installed within 24 hrs. 4 days later the truck still wouldn't stay in gear, the owner said he had no clue why. The local chevy dealer later informed me that they had installed a bad transmission. I asked the owner for a refund for the transmission only and not the labor. He refused laying the refund responsibility on his employee even though all my cash was handed to him and he gave me a receipt listing the sale of the transmission. The owner often likes to speak as if he's an employee despite clearly being the business owner.

They were so hospitable, honest and nice. My husband and I were on a cross country trip in or 1973 camper with our dogs and they were kind enough to let us plug in to their shop and let me wait inside with our 2 little dogs in the ac during the day out of the heat while they worked on our camper. When we left Jason gave me a watermelon and some fresh veggies from his garden because I had been telling him that I loved stopping at farmers markets along the way! So nice! They went above and beyond and we are so appreciative for heir kindness and hospitality! Thank you so much guys! PS or camper is running great now!
