Chris is professional and honest. I highly, highly recommend using him and his company!! Here is what he did: Removed and replaced pool pavers Removed and regrouted between existing pool coping. Installed top of the line turf and addressed water drainage issues. Fixed/replaced our pool heater and blower for the hot tub. They never cleaned the filter and it was full of garbage. The cancelled appointments set me back and caused me a great deal of additional expense. The company has YET to contact me as stipulated they would call me back to discuss the issue of the pool. I spent almost $2000.00 pm this pool that was never properly serviced and had not been able to use it until I switched to another company which repaired and serviced the pool. I have NOW been able to use my pool at 1/20th the expense. I would NOT recommend this pool company!

It's been our experience that it's almost impossible to get somebody in the pool business to come out if you're not willing to sign a contract for cleaning or maintenance. He did not do anything no chlorine no tablets no brushing no vacuuming then he told me I can cancel the service if I want to. About an hour later, a person by the name of Chelsea, who claims to be over operations called me acting like a complete lunatic and ended the phone call with "that is why your is green" She also told me in the middle of the phone conversation that I can clean the pool myself. I am not sure that anyone wants to listen to someone act like they are unhinged in reference to customer service, but they are lacking severely in all departments.
