Installed top of the line turf and addressed water drainage issues. Fixed/replaced our pool heater and blower for the hot tub. I spent almost $2000.00 pm this pool that was never properly serviced and had not been able to use it until I switched to another company which repaired and serviced the pool. Not only did he explain what I needed, he offered to explain and assist if I needed anything while replacing the new motor. We decided we would just go ahead and pay the fee to have him replace the parts that are a little touchy; however, he was so accommodating and helped me learn the process right away. We also went ahead and purchased a replacement lateral assembly and sand so I could service the filter as well. I will never use another pool company solely based on the above and beyond attitude of Ethan today. We are so appreciative as we get to spend our last few weeks with our grandson swimming in the pool before he moves to Hawaii with his service parents.

He did not do anything no chlorine no tablets no brushing no vacuuming then he told me I can cancel the service if I want to. About an hour later, a person by the name of Chelsea, who claims to be over operations called me acting like a complete lunatic and ended the phone call with "that is why your is green" She also told me in the middle of the phone conversation that I can clean the pool myself. I am not sure that anyone wants to listen to someone act like they are unhinged in reference to customer service, but they are lacking severely in all departments.

That is when I told him we would find someone else to fix the situation. So they immediately invoiced me for 5 service calls and a chemical clean. I was asked if I was going to pay and I said I would have to run it by the board at our next meeting. At which point everything went south when some lady calls me yelling at me and telling me how horrible I am and how she hates HOAs and would not even let me speak. I never said I would not pay the bill. what I expected was a small business to try to make thing right and at least listen to their customers.
