However, we moved after a few days to this park, and we couldn't have been happier. The pool, the gym, the laundry room, the pond are all such wonderful amenities that are such a rare treat, especially in this part of the country. Not to mention, the staff that works and maintains the park are all really wonderful, and care about the facilities, and want to keep it clean and nice. Huge thank you to Rhonda and the rest of the staff for making our accommodations workout while we were there - they really went above and beyond to make us comfortable while there. We will for sure be coming back here, and highly recommend it to anyone needing an oasis in the Permian Basin area!

The sites are spacious, clean, and well-kept, with no weeds or dusty dirt patches to deal with. One thing to keep in mind is that there is very little shade at the campsites, so it can get pretty warm during hot Texas days. However, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property more than make up for it. A nice surprise was the welcome gift bag waiting for us, complete with a magnet, bottle opener, and mints--a thoughtful touch that made us feel appreciated as guests. Overall, this is a great place for an overnight stop or short stay. Clean, quiet, pet-friendly, and well cared for. We'd definitely stay here again!

The park is conveniently located right off the frontage road and is gated for added security. The facilities were clean, well maintained, the gravel sites, while close together, offered full hookups for our Class A 50-amp motorhome. We stayed at corner site #57, which gave us extra space and a very nice, relaxing view of the ranch land with nothing but oil rigs in the distance. Everything worked as it should, making for a smooth stay. We'll definitely be staying here again next week when we're back in Odessa.

Unfortunately we ran into a lot of travel delays ( road construction and broke down cars). We talked to Mr. Steven's and he said no problem just get here. We ended up getting there after 686210 (well past office closing time), Mr. Steven's was there waiting for us and was extremely helpful and polite. He helped us get set up and made sure we had everything we needed. The park is very clean and spacious. Most sites are level asphalt pads and many have carport (very nice, especially for long term stay). Location, location, location, easy on off Interstate 20. Just 1/4 mile off exit ramp. And is very close to a truck stop for gas food and snacks. This will be my go to rv park in Odessa. I highly recommend this place, thanks Mr. Steven's for everything
