I contacted PB Shower doors after seeing their ad in a trade magazine. I call Paul (the owner) and he returned my call in a timely manner. Afterwards, we communicated via texts and telephone calls he was able to give me an estimate based on pictures of my shower and my project description. We scheduled an onsite measuring as my measurements were for estimate purpose only and needed to be a lot more exact than mine. After a discussion concerning possibility resurfacing the 4" subway tile, a second measurement was done by his installer (Moise) and 5 days later the door was installed. Moise, did a good job removing, and installing the new door. He took the time to do the job right. He laid down tarps and had a very efficient system for the removal, cleaning, sealing and installing the new door. He checked twice (or more) before drilling into the tile and eliminated any mistakes before they happened. I highly recommend PB Shower Doors, for their value, quality and expertise in installation. I cannot stress how important it is having the right tools to do the job and knowing how to do it. I watched and learned as Moise took the time to do the job right. read more
