Someone shot a 1" piece of rebar through our large, dual-pane front window in the middle of the night.....ugh. The window was put in 27 years ago, so I wasn't sure if it was repairable or if I'd need a whole new window. I called several window repair companies. Some said they no longer did residential services, only commercial properties. Others said they were days or weeks out before they could even come for an estimate. Another guy showed up 90 minutes late and I didn't have confidence in him. Then I found Kevin from All Pro Glass. He came right out, knew what he was doing, measured and said he could absolutely repair it so it was just as before. Awesome. About 6 days later, his partner Moon arrived on time with with a new dual-pane piece of glass. He removed the mouldings, cut out the old broken glass, cleaned the recess, and then silicone sealed the new pane into the window frame. It fit perfectly into the frame. What an absolute relief. Had my custom glass door installed last year in August. Everything has been good up until about a few months ago. I noticed that the plastic seal is starting to detach from the glass. My husband called our installer Moon to let him know what was happening since we were told it was life guarantee. Moon came out a week later, fixed the problem, well atleast we thought it was fixed until the next day it was detaching agin. We called Moon again, he came out said he was going to order something else. So we waited a couple of weeks to see what he ordered and it was the same type of seal. My husband was told by Moon, he can put a different seal but we won't be able to use the door how we wanted and paid for in the initial install where it swings in and out. We paid extra for, so why would we put the seal he recommended. This should have been communicated in the beginning. Not only was this extra but the price was pretty pricey. We had two bathrooms remodeled and decided to go with someone else for my shower door (custom glass). We paid half of what this company charged. I highly recommend to look around and get different quotes before going with this company. Moon is very professional and nice. But the material used isn't what was expected for what we paid. We are still waiting for the seal to be fixed to this day. read more

Called All Pro glass and screen and explained to gentleman on the phone that I needed to have my window fixed. Kept sliding down. I told him that it was a balance shoe boot that needed to be replaced. Thank god for Google. So scheduled appointment for today and 2 nice gentleman showed up and checked out the window. He said we can't fix this. I guess they sent it to their boss and that these can't be replaced. The whole sash would have to be replaced and it's too old. Well that sucks cost me $89.00 for a service call. Frustrated that I feel u explained everything to them and then wasted their time and mine( came home from work). Unbeknownst to us our contractor was using non-licensed people to do our bathroom remodels. The guys he used to install our $800+ shower doors installed them so poorly that even we knew something was terribly wrong. We called All Pro Glass and Moon came out to look at them. His first words were, "Oh man, this is so scary ... don't use this shower at all, because these doors ARE going to shatter". He found multiple, major problems with the entire install (too numerous to list here). All Pro Glass supplied us with a written account of their findings which we showed to the contractor, who reimbursed us for the cost of the doors and labor. Glue around the Aluminum strips in the middle of windows which made a cross pattern had melted making windows look old and gave a bad design. I called all pro glass and screen. The gentleman came out to our home in Eastvale, took measurements for custom ordered parts and returned in a few days. He replace the glass which was quite a pie and interior annexed terrier of the house. He applied custom made sun screens carefully to our windows. They've held up quite well for a few years. Initially I thought it was hard to juts get a call back from this company but apparently it was also impossible to get the job done by them as well. Once I initially had an appointment made they showed up and took measurements, but guess what? They never came back! I called to remind them the job needed to be finished and after telling me they ordered that part and it must have fallen to the wayside they made a second appointment to come back in, which was a no call no show. Then I finally got ahold of him again, and again he said he would either come that day or call to tell me when he could come and again I got another no call no show.
