This place is amazing. Diana sent the guys out to measure my windows and while they measured they explained to me what they would be doing. Then a day or so later Diana got back to me with a quote. When my windows arrived Diana called me and worked around my schedule for installation. Their employe Miguel came out to install the windows. Miguel was very professional and did an amazing job. My husband and I are so happy we decided to do our windows and we are so thankful for Riverside Glass & Mirror. I can't express enough how amazing this company truly is. NO No NO used them once before walked in had a small window cut went well. Called them to install a glass in a frame said it would be $150.00 and that they would call and come out that day. they never called i had to call them. the man finally shows up at 4 i show him the window says its more work? since he cant take the frame out he has to install in the frame says he needs more money. i needed it done that day (escrow). if its more work ok! he spends 7 minutes glueing the glass in did a terrible job glue on the frame glass didn't even clean it off. more work ? less work what a ripoff hands me a bill no name not itemized (window 250) you got me hope it was worth it ! all bad things will catch up to you! read more

I was a walk in and needed 5 custom cut shelves. They were able to do the job and it was done within a couple hours. The shape of the shelves was flat on 3 sides and wavy on the 4th side. All were cut and the edge polished perfectly. I highly recommend them and will use them again. read more

I've experienced better right here at Riverside Glass. I've been coming here for 15 years, always been happy with the service and prices. Until today. Called ahead to make sure they had enough 1/4" plate on hand to do two window panes. Was told they did. Got a quote for $170 plus tax. Good to go! Arrived at the shop, was told it would be over $200+ tax. Asked about the quote over the phone; was told I talked to the "other guy". I said I didn't realize that everyone made up their own prices. Perhaps I should talk to the other guy again. Was then told they didn't have enough for both windows--and that it would be tomorrow before they could have some more plate on hand. And sorry for all the wrong info thus far. Yeah, me too... I called around, found a quote from Mark at "All About Glass" in Woodcrest for $187.21 all in. Went there, Mark was happy to stay late, cut my glass, load my truck, add cork buttons for the ride home, and tell me he appreciated my business, and hoped to see me again. I have a 9' X 10' storefront plate glass pane coming up. Should be around $800. Where do think I am taking that order??? Thanks for 15 years of service, Riverside Glass & Mirror. The customer service was terrible! Yelled at over the phone when asked for a written quote. Given two different prices. Upon installation showed up rude and in a hurry. Caulking around seal was uneven with caulk on new glass and window was full of hand prints and not cleaned after installation. Prices are competitive but customer service is terrible. Expect to be treated like your dumb when you call. read more

I am not one to write reviews but I found it necessary with regard to this company. We had Brook come out to look at a broken piece of glass at my Mother-In Law's home. The original quote was $500 to replace all four windows with him providing the glass. I asked if I supplied the glass what would the cost. I was quoted $250 for cutting the glass and installation. It took a week for him to get to the job and when he started he called and said it was too much work to remove the casing around the window. I said no problem I would take care of it. I removed the casing and prepared the openings for the glass. I supplied the material for the replacement casing. It took another week for him to come out and install the glass. While at the job doing the install he called and said that he is not going to case the glass in as it was going to be too difficult and time consuming. All he did was cut the glass, which was too small for the opening leaving a slight gap, set the glass in the opening and put some wood up to temporarily hold the glass in place. I was willing to pay the original price of $250 even though I did most of the time consuming and difficult work. I asked what so I owe you and he said $400. When I reminded him that the original quote was $250 and that is what I was prepared to pay, he immediately got very aggressive with me on the phone. He said if I am going to "screw him" out of what I owe him. He was so angry he just left the job without cleaning up leaving it for my Mother-in-law to do and told her that I am going to "Screw" him. When he got to the shop he called for the credit card payment. I paid the $250 and the paid the balance 2 week later. My experience was terrible. I made the mistake of not getting the quote in writing and what specifically what the scope of what he was to do for that amount of money. I would suggest first not to use them but if you do get a written estimate that you can hold him to. read more
