Seriously these guys rock! I have only spoken to Stephen and Joe, but there are many others that work there. I spilled soda on my laptop and called them for the emergency, as I had happened upon their card weeks before. They got me in that afternoon, and were super friendly upon my arrival, yet also gave me the hard, but true, news that most likely my laptop would not survive. While it probably wouldn't come out alive, they hoped for the best, and would do their best to retrieve all my files on my hard drive. I took it to them on a Friday afternoon, knowing it would be mid-week the next week until we knew something. Stephen called me Monday morning to check in, and let me know the status, what they were doing, etc (it's all mumbo-jumbo to me). Stephen called me again on Tuesday with great news, he thought after all their cleaning, etc, that it would survive. I received my laptop Tuesday evening, in new condition, and I am thrilled. Compared to the other places in town, Best Buy, etc, the price and customer service at PC was impeccable. I will never again go anywhere else for computer related issues, questions, etc. These guys are a small business, but obviously know what they're doing, as well as truly care about their customers. I suggest you give them a try if you need them, I also learned they do many other things besides just repairs, etc. read more

Stephen Bradley is a founding member and the Chief Operating Officer at PCM Technologies. He plans, develops and implements the organizational policies for the company, and delivers solutions and QC assurance for partner relationships. Stephen delivers lectures and presentations on technology in business at the University of Tennessee School of Business, Pellissippi Technical College, local high schools, and local news stations WATE and WBIR. Stephen has experience managing projects and their required technology needs analysis, reporting on multiple aspects of technology design and execution, and measuring the performance of applied technologies. With more than 15 years in the technology support field, he works with his team to assess technology needs for other companies, and the metrics required to ensure their performance.

Not only were the employees at this location kind and compassionate but they saved me from having to set my phone back to factory settings which their customer service line support said to do. I burst into tears at the thought of losing the last pics and messages of my husband.
