I started using PC Pros Onsite several years ago. They are the best computer repair service that I have ever used. I have a service contract with them and they have performed in an outstanding manner. Whenever I had a problem with my computer, they were able to find and fix it. They can log into your computer and fix it right in your home. Or, you can take your computer into their store. Either way, you will receive outstanding service. Also, they sell their own brand of computer. I bought one and have been extremely pleased at its performance. They assemble them in the shop and every part is tested before it goes into the machine. Wow! I highly recommend taking your computer fix-its to Pc Pros! What an amazing group of people that own and work here! They have the best customer service! I spilled a entire coffee drink on my laptop. Sadly it was not fixable. I knew this the night it happened. I took it in anyway to see if it maybe had a chance. The crew worked on it for a few days trying to save and salvage anything they could. The dedication to trying to help me retrieve saved info was truly amazing. Reminded me of how things used to be. My desktop would not boot. The DVD flashed but the hard drive light did not flash, no keyboard lights and no screen connection. Since it wasn't even getting to the hard drive I felt sure it was not malware. When I took it in they asked the right questions and asked me to agree to a base price of $79 if they were able to fix it, and $0 if it was beyond hope. Two days later it was up and running. And none of my data was lost. Fixed cleaned and running great. The price was right and their friendly non-condescending manner was welcome. These guys are excellent!! I have had printing problems for a while now and then came and fixed my scanning and faxing problems. A few days later my printer will not print - they remoted in and fixed it. About 15 minutes later my darn printer goes off-line on its own and I can't print again!! Very frustrating to say the least and when I call back again, they jumped in the car and came out and put a new cable on it! Now that is crazy good service!! Great customer service and extremely knowledgable, letting me know exactly what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. I was able to schedule a next day appointment for service at my home. I was having issues with MS Outlook, slow computer shutdown, a printer issue and had a fingerprint ID key installed.
