The next morning get a call asking for my exact address, there just so happens a tech in neighborhood and would like to do the work now. I state there is no one available and that I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the 6 pm time we agreed to yesterday. Vanin electric: Umm 6 pm, I have you scheduled for 2 PM. Me: WTF? 6 pm was suggested by you. Vanin Electric: well I'll be out that way at 6 pm. Can you give me directions your address now? It doesn't pull up on my GPS. It was not a single simple task so it took them a few appointments to finish all the work. First time they had a minor car accident and came two hours late, which was understandable. Another time they came pretty late because of finishing up another appointment but got the work done (they had to stay until almost 9pm because I refused to reschedule for this one). Other times were fine. Over we are happy with the price and service. The can lights we got upstairs are significantly cheaper than the ones downstairs done by a renovation company. The quote they gave us was reasonable and on some items they ended up charging less based on the work required (not a single item was charged more than the quote). I also needed to fix my doorbell as they started so this was added later and they gave me a very good price for it and even helped with other small things for free. Overall we would definitely go back to this place if we need some work done in the future. So far all the elements, people, price and work, are packaged together well.

They figured out the root cause and remedied both my indoor / outdoor electrical issues. They installed a new control panel and separated the indoor & outdoor circuits. Even though there was heavy rain that day, they came right away and continued to work on my electrical problems till it was repaired. After few months I called them for the noisy exhaust fans & installing new bathroom lights. They recommended Panasonic's quiet exhaust fans for my bathrooms & installed three of those exhaust fans. They also recommended & replaced my chandelier bulbs with bulbrite LED bulbs to drop the power bill for that chandelier from 800 wa to 100 watts. They explained & ensured safety of my home so that overloaded chandelier switch doesn't heat up and cause fire. I called them because they are accredited as master certified electrician. I made the mistake of asking him to do some extra work without an estimate at the Townhouse like installing some recessed lighting, new outlets and fans and he asked me like what kind of fans I wanted and I asked for budget fans with lights he installed five $65 fans i asked him to replace some switches and outlets, I had issues with his schedule because I didn't know when he went to do any work I would get updates from the remodeling contractor that was working there, we had issues with him not being tidy and clean when he did the work, and I complained to him and my contractor had to clean behind him A month later I came to houston and met with him and the work wasn't finish. Work that should have been finished in 2-3 days took over a month. I asked him to finish what he should have finished weeks earlier, he came and worked for two days during that time,I was asking him about the bill so I can pay him, he said that he would send it to me So I sent him $1000 as a progress payment before he sent the bill and I was shocked with a bill that totaled over $5200 when I left houston. I sent him another $2000 and I was protesting his bill, he was so anoing with his messages that I told him that I can pay him another $1000 just to make him go away He agreed and I sent him the money, then he sent me a message stating that he wanted to go to my place and pickup the rest of the material that he didn't use and charged me for on his bill So I told him that I would get him arrested if he came near my place He plays the Christian good guy card and get you to trust him, be aware of this guy, i belive I've been mislead and coned. He didn't ask for any money when he was doing the extra work so I thought that I didn't accumulate a large bill. I would never recommend Bryan to do any work before getting a firm and written contract that will show what he is going to do, when he will finish and price and form of payment.
