I called them today and they said that they had sent emails canceling the events due to "staffing shortages". (They did not.) When I expressed my dissatisfaction Sharon hung up on me. I now have to scramble because all of the restaurants are full and the other caterers are booked. After reading other reviews it looks as though this has happened with them before. Second, Renee and her staff are very professional - we had tons of questions and changes to the menu and schedule as we went along, and Renee patiently answered every question and accommodated all of our changes. Her staff was so great the day of - they managed everything and made it work, even though we had some last minute changes that involved moving the ceremony inside. None of that fazed them, and everything was done in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
