I had a troubling experience on Dec. 23, 2025. First of all, I booked 2 appointments for 2 of my 3…read moresons on the evening of Dec. 22. I filled out the paperwork online, noting our pharmacy with cross streets. My other son had been at the same urgent care on Sunday, Dec. 21. After he stated the correct pharmacy, they sent his prescriptions to another pharmacy, so I had been forewarned. While still in the office, I told them my son's experience and asked if they noted the correct pharmacy, Walgreens. The medical assistant said she would double-check. She brought their paperwork in, and I quickly read it, noting the pharmacy was CVS. I couldn't believe my eyes. Really? It's in the online paperwork for all three sons, I told them, and they put CVS? They said they would correct this immediately but they didn't. My husband showed up to Walgreens, where they refused to fill it because the prescriptions had been sent to a CVS. Naturally, our insurance won't cover it. Both pharmacies are currently closed for lunch, so we are unsure how to proceed. Another troubling note--there was no medical history taken at this Urgent Care. One of my sons is an epileptic and is on many anti-convulsants. Not that they knew this.

Which initially makes no sense, whats a walk in now?. I wasted a lot of time just to come back and find out they would not see me unless i paid $250 for a visit we hadnt even started. Additionally i was told, if AFTER being seen they wanted to charge more they would. I highly do not recommend! YA FEEL ME ?!

JC in your lab deserves a raise! I came in today to have blood drawn. She was happy, chatty,…read moreengaged, focused, efficient and thorough. I don't think I was in her office over two minutes and I'm not exaggerating. Not only that - I never felt a thing! I had to ask if she had inserted the needle and by the time I asked she was finished! Thank you for hiring such great people! Thank you JC!

I used to be the biggest supporter of One Medical, always encouraging everyone I knew to try them…read moreout. After they were purchased by Amazon, things took a turn. To make a long story short, here is are bullet points of what occurred: 1) Reached out to OM to ensure they accepted the new insurance plan I was considering. I was told by TWO different employees that they accepted it. 2) I used this insurance to see my doctor several times over a health concern. 3) Received a bill stating I would need to pay all out of pocket because OM didn't accept my plan. 4) Reached out to various departments at OM asking about this. After several attempts and many delays in getting someone to respond, I was finally told to speak to the office manager. 5) Office manager informed me they would look into it and see what could be done. Few weeks went by, no response. Reached out various times and finally heard back from a new office manager who told me she would look into the issue. 6) Several more weeks went by and still nothing. Left messages and emails and after about 4 months of this, was told I would need to speak to my insurance since they couldn't help me. 7) Due to the amount of time between having received the initial bill and finally being told I need to figure it out myself, I asked for them to please not send the bill to collections since I am very aware that medical offices will quickly take this route. 8) Was informed that they had already sent me to collections and there was nothing they could do about it and didn't even try to make it right by offering to refund my membership or anything else. 9) Had to pay the full bill through a collection agency which has now affect my credit all due to their staff being incompetent.

There are not enough GOOD things I say about Arizona Foot and Ankle!!! I am a patient of Dr. Urooj,…read morea very kind and gentle man. He listened to everything I had to say, answered all of our questions, just an overall great experience. I need to have a piece of hardware removed from my right foot, it was extremely painful, wasn't getting a lot of help or answers until Dr. Urooj. He removed the hardware, I am on the mend now. The staff at Arizona Foot and Ankle are TOP NOTCH!! Amber, Cindy, Christina, everyone there is so caring and so very helpful. Both my husband and I are patients there and we will not go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Urooj and Dr. Cox. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff. Ron and Mary Nitti

I don't recommend coming here. I have had nothing but problems with the front office…read more They have a very bad policy that requires you to pay ahead of your appointment. So it's a percentage or whatever they have made it to be. That their healthcare appt system, Phreesia tells you to pay. Then, when you are done with the Dr. you have to pay again, because they want the money in advance before they even bill the insurance. I have dealt with this for two years in a row. I personally go to different Dr's so much, I meet my deductible going to other appointments very fast. Because of that, I end up overpaying for my visits at this place. I want to be clear, this place is the ONLY Dr's. Office that I have this issue with. The Dr here, asked me to try seeing a dermatologist first, before my last resort surgery. June 16th was my last visit at the foot Dr. before I started getting a laser treatment with the dermatologist. Now, because my wart is not gone still, I tried to work on the bill I just got before I came in for my appt tomorrow. I got a bill, randomly 2 days ago in the mail, from the foot dr, that I owe them money. My last conversation with them was that the money I paid in June, caught me up from all my past visits, excluding my last June visit. When I said I would pay the past bills, I then got a charge added on to my account the "pre" payment amount for that specific June visit. The office manager has told me several times that they would stop pre charging me, and wait for the insurance payment to comeback. She said they would note my account. This was after they had to refund me money for a past overpayment I made because of this policy. Btw! I had to ask and wait for that refund for almost a year. I asked for a refund for this prepaid amount, and they agreed, and they did it the next day. This new statement I got, has more fees that were not included in the conversation I had about what to pay them, when I did pay them in June. If you're confused- don't worry I am too. I am not a dumb person. I am highly analytical. This makes me sad. Because I called today and tried to work it out and never have I been mean or rude. They would not call me. They text me. Telling me they have told me several times. (Rudely in text btw) that this is their policy. Well, I have been told several times by the office manager herself that she would not pre charge me. Now she acts like she forgot, but apparently I'm the problem now. She just text me and told me she left a detailed message in my portal (not true) she didn't address the error in a billing code I asked about today, in this "detailed" message, bot only that because of her terrible customer service she told me she cancelled my appt tomorrow too. It's cool Amber. I found a new foot Dr. like I said, I like Dr Urooj. The front office policy, their incompetence, their lack of integrity and commitment to service, and lack of transparency in their billing, makes it miserable to deal with. Save yourself time and energy and headaches, go somewhere else that does not pre-bill and won't cancel your appointments because they don't want to deal with their own problems.
