And also for averaging with the little good: The foreman who worked my project, Fernando, was the only person I spoke to, beginning to end who seemed interested in doing anything other than making a sale (front end) and doing as little as possible (Warranty Team). Fernando was invested in keeping me updated, left a clean worksite each night, was kind to his team. He was a pleasure to work with. The rest of the company seems like a nepo organization, starting with the least knowledgeable and trustworthy sales team I've encountered in years. However, I was in need of a security fence ASAP and ultimately was sold because of the timeline, the quality of the fence itself, 0% APR for financing, and the "warranty." Unfortunately, I found out within one day of the project completion that the Warranty Team would be the worst at Cool Cat yet. Negative Stars: One of the locks was put on backward (meaning someone could unscrew the mounting from the outside). Further, because of the direction and function of the lock, it remained locked on the outside when the inside lock was disengaged. This is a significant fire and safety risk if the only way out of my yard is through that gate or somehow over the 6 foot fence. I contacted Dan the morning after the project closed to apprise them (7/30) and I didn't get a response until 8/3. I got the Warranty Manager's number (Joe) and communicated with him. Artur and some other unfriendly person came on 8/7 to fix. I checked in multiple times and when they were finished, I asked about the multiple drilled holes that were now exposed and tape instead of a cap on one of the rails. He said he didn't have anything to fix it with him today and I asked him to come back and fix it. That was one month ago. My $27k fence has eye sores all over the gate and now with the rain setting in, the exposed metal is showing the beginnings of rust. And I have not heard back from anyone. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

When I moved to my new home and needed a gate to match the existing fence, I, of course, called him. The gate matches perfectly. He did it promptly. It is so high quality and beautiful. What impressed me the most is that he offers a lifetime guarantee, and he means it. The latch on my gate broke about a year after he built it, and then again later when somebody tried to kick in my gate. It was no fault of Jason's craftsmanship (the latch was high quality, just a crummy situation that made it break!), but he immediately sent over a member of his team both times to fix it free of cost and it's worked ever since! I'm so impressed by both the quality of the work but also the humanity of the company. Jason cares about what he does and is such a kind and friendly soul!

They came out to talk thru the project and discussed options but no hard sell (which I appreciate). They assign a project manager (Blake in my case) to coordinate and keep things on schedule. However, the heroes of the project were Michael + Jonathan who built our fence. The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. It looks great and with the great warranty, we couldn't be happier.

The craftsmanship was corrected, the cleanup concerns were taken seriously, and I appreciated their willingness to own the missteps and follow through quickly. Not every project goes perfectly, but how a company responds makes all the difference--and in this case, they really stepped up. Astounding service, level of knowledge, professionalism, and abilities from Jesus and crew…read more These guys literally moved a mountain for us (grading the yard, putting the hill along the back behind a block retaining wall, and giving us a terraced growing area) and went above and beyond to make sure we were left with a really nice yard. The price was very reasonable for the originally planned work, but in the end it turned out to be a great value for everything they did to get it perfect for us. Jesus is extremely nice and approachable, and he was excellent with communication and check-ins. As soon as they finished the backyard landscaping job today, I signed another contract for them to do our fencing, and we're planning on having them back to improve our sprinkler system next Spring.

They even pulled weeds from plants and pots around the yard. Way above and beyond what I expected. The one draw back is how long it takes them to cash checks. Wrote them a check for the clean up June 8th, didn't clear until July 11th. They still are holding on to my check from June 28th, it's July 20th now. I'm not going to knock them a full star for not cashing checks right away but it's frustrating. Attached photos are the before and after of the walkway install.

Worked with AG on a multipart/day project where he and his team expanded a slope, built a retaining…read morewall around that slope, carved out a section for gravel + wood stairs, and then backfilled the top with 1/4 clean crush gravel for a low maintenance finish. I added descriptions for each picture but you can tell there was a lot of care and detail that went into leveling out the area, digging out the soil, moving it to the wall area, and getting that pretty square corner out of these curved blocks! The right side of the stairs (looking at it) is sloped and supported by the dirt that's also supporting the retaining wall. The left side is a sharp dirt edge which we left like that with a bit of a gap for a future fence, so no point smoothing it out. Very communicative, happy to make adjustments, double checked that everything was well explained before working on it, and reasonably priced. They got this job done in no time and made some intense work look easy, highly recommend.

They arrived just after 8, got right to work removing the old fence and worked straight through until 3:30. The gates came complete with locking latches and keys. Hayden gave me a lesson in how to lock the gates from either or both sides. They are so cool. The team totally cleaned up and removed all construction debris. Except for the new fencing you would never know they had been here.
