He listens to my concerns, he's thorough in his assessment, takes the time to explain in layman's terms what is wrong, has a wonderful bedside manner, and has great medical instincts. In addition to this, his staff is personable, professional, and very helpful. They always make sure I see my dr in a timely manner , and that my medical concerns are addressed , even when it sometime requires a same day appointment.

I thought I caught pink eye so Dr Julie contacted a eye DR and made sure they saw me the next day. No insurance and she made sure they took care of me. Within a week I was getting a cornea transplant at the University.If it wasn't for them I would be blind. Even a few more days would of been too long. I will forever be grateful for Dr Julie and her staff Yes sometimes you may have to wait for awhile but what good Dr doesn't have a waiting time. The doctor tried to talk down to me and acted like he was scared to touch me; then when the allergist came in to speak to me she acted like she did not want to help me and suggested I pay out of pocket for the services as it would be "cheaper" on me. Needless to say I will NEVER GO BACK after being treated like this. Also, if you do not like the reimbursement of the network that you signed up for, GET OUT OF IT. My mother was notified by Labcorp with results -- 2 weeks later clinic had not called her (there were abnormal readings that needed further testing). She had to call up there. I was there earlier in the week at the Millington location. They gave me meds to pass kidney stones. Called a few days later because it feels like I now have UTI. Called first thing in morning and left message for callback. By 4:00 I hadn't heard anything so I left message with front desk. I Was assured she wrote everything on a sticky note and it would be placed right on the computer for them to see. It is now the weekend and I still have not heard back from them. Maybe it isn't a UTI but you would think somebody would call because they would be concerned about infection. But this is the norm for this clinic. Did they get my two messages?!? Do they just not care?? If they are understaffed then maybe they need to do something about it. As a patient, feeling neglected and not knowing is the worst and it is not a good way to do business. Patient care is obviously not a concern for them. I work in a medical office and if we treated our patients like this I would be fired and we would be out of business. It feels like they just want to get patients in and out and aren't focused on the patient care. They are just focused on how many people they can see in a day. Be warned!
