I'm supposed to be watching my rice intake but I figured I eat half of it now and the rest the following day. And it's jasmine rice too which is one of my favorite grains. The guys in the truck were very fast and efficient in preparing my food and cashing me out. I went with the Datil Sauce Poke Bowl because I don't ever remember having datil pepper sauce on anything. One of the guys explained it of having a sweet taste at first before the spice kicks in. Sounds like fun. I got back to the office and dived in.
