The location has moved since the hospital has moved to the front gate area. The American Red Cross is now located inside of the hospital near the main lobby area on the 1st floor. You will notice the Red Cross pamphlets and information in the area. There is usually a volunteer or employee at the area and they have the information needed to better assist you. From emergency contact information, blood drives, resiliency programs, to other information needed. They also give warm handoffs if their organization can not assist you. From the online class component to the in-person instruction - it was all very easy to complete. I called twice in the days after I registered and Edward was available to answer my questions each time. He even provides the completion certificate within 24 hours of completion, sometimes even same-day.
