Overall the…read morecurriculum and CNA experience itself was mostly up to date for the state exam, but Holly did not have answers for many questions that myself and other students asked. She even gave us false information and when I provided her with the right answer she gave me attitude in front of the whole class, only to be corrected by the headmaster the next day and not apologize to me. Under different circumstances I wouldn't care much to have to deal with Holly treating us like middle schoolers the entire course, but I paid over $2,000 for this course; in the least they could have competent professors.

She has had tons of experience working in the field, so you know you're in good hands! The theory portion of the class was fast and somewhat vague at times but it all made sense once we got to the skilled nursing facility for our clinicals. My instructor was on the floor with us everyday during clinicals. The first day was a bit overwhelming but over time, I felt very comfortable interacting with patients and performing skills. By the end of the clinicals, my classmates and I felt more than prepared for our test. We were lucky that our state exam was scheduled the day after we officially finished the course. Everyone in my class passed!! Shoutout Ms. Lauren for being the best instructor!! This was such a great program and I would highly reccommend it to anyone looking to get certified or gain hands on experience/hours for PA/NP/Med School etc.!!

I'd rate this center a 3.5, but since that is not an option I am rounding up. Both of my children…read morehave attended this school in different programs over the past 4 years. Pros: The teaching staff is very friendly, accommodating, and caring. They accept a lot of different financial aid programs, so our children have been able to attend at very affordable rates. My youngest son is with Miss Ashton in room 3 and she's by far the best teacher he's had. She keeps the schedule exciting and diverse, is very upbeat, uses positive reinforcement and validation, has excellent communication with parents, and works with him individually based on his neurodivergent needs. Cons: There is a good amount of staff turnover, and there have been many occasions (with both of my kids) when I have dropped off or picked them up in a different room than their regular room due to staffing/attendance issues. This can cause stress and anxiety for some children, but can be exciting and a learning opportunity for others. My youngest son also went months without a lead teacher due to turnover. Communication from admin is not great. On one occasion our pickup time was extended and nobody informed us for over a year. Questions surrounding certain funding programs have not been answered. Conflicting and confusing information has been given by multiple staff during 2 large scale emergency situations (COVID with my oldest child and a recent flood causing an extended closure with my youngest). During both of these events, we were told by different staff and admin that our children both would and would not be able to attend. In both situations it seemed that staff and admin were not communicating with one another to deliver a cohesive message, nor was a plan being related to the families. One final note is that there are a good amount of children with neurodivergent and extra social/emotional needs. Since my youngest child is in this category it has allowed him to attend without fear of repercussions for his neurodivergence, but these needs also cause stress on the staff and the other children. Overall this center has provided our family with extremely adorable child care that has been (for the most part) reliable. It is nowhere near a small, individual experience for each child, nor does it focus a lot on kindergarten readiness, but it does offer a safe place for children to go while parents are working, and a lot of experience in social skills and structure for children.

The Staff is very friendly and supportive. They do a great job taking care of our daughters and…read morecommunicate often and consistently to ensure they are safe and cared for. Going through pregnancy and labor for the very first time was incredibly scary, but having Valerie by my side made all the difference. She was a truly essential support system for me--from the early stages straight through every single contraction. When the pain felt overwhelming, she stayed grounded with me, helped me find my inner strength, and refused to let me feel alone. Beyond her incredible physical and emotional support during labor, Valerie showed an extraordinary level of professionalism and dedication. She calmly handled challenging and unusual circumstances--including mediating sensitive marital communications with my husband--with complete grace, tact, and composure. She never shyed away from difficult moments or complex dynamics; instead, she stepped up as a reassuring, balanced mediator when I needed it most. Valerie was truly always there when I needed her. Her strength, unwavering presence, and deep compassion made a profound impact on my birth experience, and I am so deeply grateful to have had her support. If you are looking for a doula who is compassionate, fearless, and reliable through every step of the process, I cannot recommend Valerie highly enough!

Once we went to the hospital, her guidance, encouragement, and gentle push helped me keep going, especially when we worked together to help get my daughter into the right position. Although my labor ultimately did not go the way I had hoped or expected, Lindzee was there every step of the way with love, support, reassurance, and comfort. She helped me feel heard and cared for during some of the hardest moments of my birth experience. One of my favorite memories that I still think about is when I needed a distraction during my long labor, and Lindzee and I ended up playing Tapple while my mom watched us. It was such a simple moment, but it perfectly captures the kind of support she gave me, helping me through the difficult moments while also making me laugh and feel like myself. We bonded throughout my long labor, and I feel incredibly lucky that I gained not only an amazing doula but also a friend through this experience. I will always be grateful for Lindzee and the role she played in bringing my daughter into the world. I truly cannot recommend her enough.
