Overall the…read morecurriculum and CNA experience itself was mostly up to date for the state exam, but Holly did not have answers for many questions that myself and other students asked. She even gave us false information and when I provided her with the right answer she gave me attitude in front of the whole class, only to be corrected by the headmaster the next day and not apologize to me. Under different circumstances I wouldn't care much to have to deal with Holly treating us like middle schoolers the entire course, but I paid over $2,000 for this course; in the least they could have competent professors.

She has had tons of experience working in the field, so you know you're in good hands! The theory portion of the class was fast and somewhat vague at times but it all made sense once we got to the skilled nursing facility for our clinicals. My instructor was on the floor with us everyday during clinicals. The first day was a bit overwhelming but over time, I felt very comfortable interacting with patients and performing skills. By the end of the clinicals, my classmates and I felt more than prepared for our test. We were lucky that our state exam was scheduled the day after we officially finished the course. Everyone in my class passed!! Shoutout Ms. Lauren for being the best instructor!! This was such a great program and I would highly reccommend it to anyone looking to get certified or gain hands on experience/hours for PA/NP/Med School etc.!!

If I could give zero stars for this location, I would. Our baby boy was born at the end of November…read more2023 and we understand how limited child care is, specifically for infants. Knowing my maternity leave ended at the beginning of March 2024, we started our search a few weeks after his birth. We took a tour at this location in December of 2023 and was told at that time there "should be an opening" for our son. My husband being in the Navy had to have a form completed and submitted before we could move forward. My husband had the form signed by employee Vanessa Jan. 12th of 2024 and was told by her at that time there was no need to complete the enrollment process on that day as it would be completed closer to his start date sometime in February. My husband had birth certificate, shot records etc. needed to enroll on the 12th of Jan., but was still told by Vanessa to wait until February. Two weeks into February and two weeks before my return to work, we had not heard from them, so we called to set up a time to enroll. We were then told Vanessa had gone on maternity leave and they were not sure why she told us a spot would be available, as there wasn't one. They went as far to say we had missed a call back in December (before our tour) and because of this were taken off the wait list since they "couldn't reach us". My husband provided a copy of the signed document by their employee Vanessa completed Jan. 12th 2024 (which he obtained in person) and was still told this in no way meant our son had a spot. My husband spoke to the director of this location who instead of taking responsibility for her employees mistake and doing what she could to make it right ASAP, made it seem as though this was somehow our fault and would try to resolve the issue in a few days with no guarantees. My husband has served 14 years in the military and I am a licensed professional. We have two other children and have used daycare in the past. We understand how to make sure things are taken care of timely and correctly. I am surprised a "reputable" place like this could be mismanaged so poorly and I can only imagine if this is how they treat new potential customers, what other surprises we would have run into a long the way. They have left our family in a terrible bind as finding a new daycare (that I want my son to attend) in two weeks is next to impossible. I felt it was my responsibility to share our experience with the community.

Dina W. was very accommodating and extremely supportive. Always there for nighttime feeding/diaper/burping/etc, cleaning pump parts, food prep, and baby/kid laundry. I received a prompt response based on our price range request. I also inquired with another company at the same time but they never replied. Thanks Dina!!

Cannot recommend Bree or Breezy Doula enough!…read more We're due in September and have already had so many great experiences with Breezy Doula. We first learned about them at a Memorialcare Saddleback open house. We were not at all familiar with doula care and at first didn't understand, but now we cannot imagine giving birth without a doula (specifically one from Breezy Doula!). Upon reaching out, we filled out their online form then received such a warm, quick and thorough response from the doula director, Sarah. She gave us a list of doulas within their group that matched our preferences and budget. We ended up meeting with two amazing doulas and didn't need to interview more. It was such a tough decision as both doulas were super warm, responsive, knowledgeable, and experienced. We decided to move forward with Carla and picked the grand package! See the attached pic for the package offerings, I removed the pricing as it varies per doula and prices may have changed since I last received this. We've taken the spinning babies (1 day) and hypnobirthing classes (wednesdays for 5 weeks straight) with Bree in Laguna Hills. Such a great experience! We've learned SOO much. Bree is so passionate about birth and motherhood. She keeps the content easy to digest and informative, but is also very patient with the many questions we had. Also another point for all the yummy snacks she provides! I also really love how she brings in guest speakers (baby & maternity chiropractor, IBCLC, acupuncturist, etc.) So excited to give birth! The classes have really helped me feel prepared, debunked the common misconceptions around childbirth, and have removed the fear brought by unrealistic situations shown in movies or on TV. Definitely reach out, you will not regret it!
